* Charming Art Deco style with lots of personality.
* Rooms are clean, well maintained, and feel fairly new.
* Friendly and helpful staff.
* Good-sized bathroom.
* Street noise was minimal for the area.

* Rooms are quite small with limited storage.
* There was scaffolding outside our window and we weren’t advised of it before the booking.
* Music from the restaurant below can be be heard until fairly late at night.
* The air conditioner rattles on certain settings.
* Housekeeping staff frequently let the supply room door slam throughout the day. While this may not bother everyone, it made it difficult to enjoy a quiet afternoon rest or nap between activities.
* The mattress seemed past its prime and could use replacing.
* The one-ply toilet paper felt cheap, and no extra roll was provided. We had to call the front desk for more.

Eine Oase im Herzen von Miami Beach

Die Lage in der Fussgängerzone "Española Way" ist perfekt: Der Ocean Drive ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und es gibt viele sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Edgar, der uns mit Champagner überraschte und an Griselda, die für ein einwandfrei gereinigtes Zimmer sorgte.

Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et nous pourrions tout à fait revenir dans cet hôtel !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel à Miami pendant une semaine. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et tout est mis en place pour que l’on se sente bien. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, ce qui est un vrai plus. Mention spéciale pour les transats et les serviettes disponibles sur la plage, située à seulement 5 minutes à pied de South Beach, très appréciable ! Les vélos mis à disposition sont aussi une excellente idée, même si malheureusement nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’en profiter, la salle de sport aussi est top !

La décoration de l’hôtel est superbe, les espaces sont propres et la chambre était agréable. Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment très bon.

Cons:

Concernant les points à améliorer, le petit déjeuner est bon, mais nous avons trouvé les quantités trop limitées et le choix assez restreint. À la longue, cela devient répétitif et c’est un peu dommage, surtout lorsque le petit déjeuner est payé : une boisson et un egg muffin restent assez légers.

Petit bémol également pour la chambre : lorsqu’on est deux, l’espace est assez réduit. Il y a peu de place pour les valises et les rangements sont limités, le lit prenant beaucoup d’espace. La luminosité pourrait aussi être améliorée, car la chambre était assez sombre. Aussi, aucune possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres et la vue n’était pas particulièrement agréable.
