This hotel ticks so many boxes, but the noise from halls and adjacent rooms were untenable
Cons:

It's surprising how you can't hear any of the noise from Espanola st, yet the noise from the halls and room above was obnoxious. We had to wear earplugs at night to sleep, and even still could woke up to loud noises. The noise from the AC unit was also shrill; almost like knives being sharpened; not super loud but a very unpleasant noise.

The property was gorgeous. Also in a fabulous location! The room was a tad small but thankfully we were barely in the room so it didn’t matter. The bed was comfy and clean. The property employees were very nice and helpful during our stay. Very accommodating and providing more amenities than I expected when booking. I felt very special during our stay and will recommend Esmé to anyone looking for a nice hotel in Miami!!

Posizione eccezionale, in Espanola way che se sei in vacanza e la sera sei stanco vai sotto l'albergo e trovi moltissimi bei ristoranti. hotel ben curato, camera molto bella e pulita, rooftop veramente piacevole. Aperitivo gratuito al rooftop apprezzatissimo

Cons:

non ho dato il voto massimo all'hotel perché le camere sono veramente piccolissime. noi eravamo in 3 (un adulto e due ragazzi) in una camera con due letti alla francese. tornavamo in camera solo per dormire e andava benissimo, perché se apri le valigie che puoi mettere solo per terra, per andare in bagno devi scavalcare le valigie.

Great place to stay in Miami beach
Pros:

Central location, a few minutes walk from beach, with towels and chairs provided for free. Espanola street filled with restaurants just outside.
Comfortable rooms, great staff. Shout out to Jimmy!

Cons:

House keeping a bit noisy , including early morning. The first night we only checked in at 3 am, and got woken up at 8 am by house kerping.

Pros:

El desayuno esta muy bien en opciones y variedad. Bebidas bien. La ubicación en la terraza esta comoda. El Esme muy bien ubicado en la Ciudad. Creo que los muchachos de el front desck (Sofia nos atendio y explico todo en forma sencilla) y apoyo para llevar a cuartos (Luis, muy atentos).

Cons:

En realidad no tuvimos ninguna dificultad

Hotel boutique con excelente ubicación
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en la zona céntrica de Miami South Beach, a solo dos cuadras de la playa. Está rodeado de bares, restaurantes y negocios. El hotel es muy bonito, con pocos cuartos. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias.

Cons:

El edificio no cuenta con ascensor en todos los espacios. Mi habitación está en segundo piso y tenía dos valijas de 23 kilos. Poco cómodo para subir con equipaje.
