Nice vibes hotel
Pros:

Very nice stylish hotel, great location, great food, great vibes, has a coffee in the main entrance. I think it's a very good choice in the SoBe area. The hotel includes beach chairs and towels, that's nice.

Cons:

My room was in a separate building one block away from the lobby, at the end of Española Way. It wasn't in the main building, and that's omitted information, so if you wanted to use the facilities like gym, pool, bar, you had to get out of your room and cross the street to another building.
The pool is very small and the depth is for kids.

Excellent location on pedestrian, characterful street
Close to beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Charming building with lovely decor, cosy friendly environment. Free cocktail every night in bar downstairs. Friendly and helpful management and staff..Beautiful shower room, 2 balconies.

Cons:

Building work going on downstairs and refurbishment of one of the bars so could not use it.
Being asked to pay 25 dollars for a sun parasol at beach. No free water in mini bar, charge was 11 dollars ! Breakfast was abit limited with no fresh fruit or juice.

Pros:

The room & bathroom were clean & well set out. The location is also great as it's in a central district with lots happening.

Cons:

The hotel is set out over different buildings in different streets, my room was really quite far from reception. The phone in my room didn't work. There are absolutely no lights in the room apart from two side lamps. Overall, I really wasn't impressed.
