Pros:

Só gostei da localização.

Cons:

Inicialmente nos colocaram em um quarto muito inferior ao que reservei. Graças a uma amiga que mora em Paris e exigiu que nós dessem o quarto reservado, mudamos de quarto após três noites de desconforto. Não fazem limpeza apenas estendem o eletrônico. Nem o lixo tiram. No quinto dia pedimos toalhas na recepção. Ar condicionado não funcionou, pedimos providências na recepção mas não resolveram. A partir das 5h tinga muito barulho dos caminhões de entrega da loja em frente. Caminhão frigorífico funcionando por horas.

Cons:

Soggiorno deludente in questo hotel situato nel centro di Parigi. La posizione è sicuramente comoda, ma purtroppo non basta a compensare le numerose carenze riscontrate. La camera era piccola e poco curata, senza alcuna visuale sulla città ma in un cortile, la pulizia non all'altezza delle aspettative, bagno non pulito e non è stata cambiata la biancheria da bagno ( ho dovuto andare a prendere personalmente) Il personale si è mostrato poco disponibile. La colazione è risultata scarsa non da hotel 4stelle.
Considerando il prezzo elevato, ci si aspetterebbe un servizio decisamente migliore. Parigi è una città meravigliosa, ma questo hotel non ha contribuito a rendere piacevole il soggiorno. Non credo che tornerò e, al momento, non mi sento di consigliarlo.

Les seuls trucs positifs de l'hôtel, c'était le petit déjeuner et l'emplacement

Cons:

La chambre est abîmée, le mobilier détérioré, la paroi de douche ne tient pas seule, la chambre mal isolée, il manque des boutons a l'ascenseur
Pour une 4 étoiles, c'est très décevant, ça vaut à peine a 3 étoiles

Viel defektes Inventar, bedingt hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Gute Lage, aber das war es dann auch schon. Für diesen Zustand

Die Lage war perfekt, sehr zentral. Die ursprünglich gebuchte Wohnung schön eingerichtet, jedoch sehr beengt.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung war defekt - 27,5 Grad Zimmertemperatur. Haben dann das Zimmer wechseln dürfen. In dem neuen Zimmer erwartete uns extremes flackerlicht im Zimmer-Korridor - Mitarbeiter gab an, er wüsste nicht, wie man das repariert. Im hotelflur roch es stark nach Knoblauch und Fisch, was bis in den zimmerkorridor hineinzog. Duschgel, Shampoo und Conditioner waren im neuen Zimmer ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Auf meine Bitte mir dieses fürs neue Zimmer zu geben, sagte mir der Mann an der Rezeption ich könnte mir was aus dem anderen Zimmer mitnehmen. Das ging natürlich nicht, da die Flaschen dort an der Wand befestigt waren. Hier würden wir nicht mehr absteigen. P.S.: in der neuen Wohnung funktioniert die Klimaanlage einigermaßen - richtig kühl wurde es dort jedoch auch nicht.

The room was small and dirty.
Pros:

The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location, which was very convenient and well situated.

Other than that, I did not find any notable positive points worth mentioning.

Cons:

The room was very small and not properly cleaned. The bathroom drain was blocked, and we had to wait for a technician to come and fix the issue.

In addition, the bathroom and toilet lacked the basic amenities and toiletries that we would normally expect.

Overall, the hotel did not provide good value for the money we paid, and the experience fell well below our expectations.
