Pros:

Расположение отеля просто великолепное, нам было удобно передвигаться в любую точку Парижа. Также понравилось наличие мини кухни с плитой и посудой, можно было приготовить завтрак и ужин. Персонал достаточно приветливый и старается решить проблемы.

Cons:

В целом в отеле требуется ремонт, мебель устарела и не во всех комнатах хорошо работал кондиционер, в связи с чем мы вынуждены были просить другой номер, т.к в июле в Париже была сильная жара. Но персонал отеля был очень отзывчивый и быстро решили нашу проблему, мы получили другой номер.
Вцелом большое спасибо, наше пребывание было комфортно.

Très bon Hôtel. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans Paris 🤩 à côté du Théâtre Mogador et des Galeries Lafayettes - Printemps
Pas besoin de prendre le Métro pour se rendre à différents sites (Place de la Concorde, Jardin des Tuileries où se trouvait la Vasque, promenade le long de la Seine, Moulin Rouge, Montmartre, l’Olympia…)
Voiture garée au Parking Tronchet-Madeleine pendant 2 jours sans problème.
Arrivés à l’hôtel entre 13h30 et 14 h, nous avons pu disposer de notre chambre sans attendre 15 h 👍
Personnel très accueillant.
Très bon petit déjeuner. Table dressée et on nous place en arrivant. Personnel aux petits soins avec la clientèle.

L'emplacement à proximité des grands magasins et du métro

Cons:

Le personnel de l'accueil était peu aimable. Nous avions précisé que nous avions besoin de la chambre tôt vers 14h on nous l'a remise après 15h .nous avons eu une chambre PMR très peu pratique sans même nous prévenir. La chambre était relativement vétuste. Un bémol pour le personnel de ménage qui a fait de son mieux pour nous remettre la chambre plus vite .

Le fait qu'il y ai un monoprix vraiment à 2 pas et énormément de magasins. Sephora, mc do, etc
Et vraiment très proche de 2 stations de métro donc ça c'était parfait.
La chambre est spacieuse

Un manque de luminosité. Ça manquait d'une lumière au plafond pour la soirée

Hôtel décevant par ses équipements et l’absence de la réponse des employés lié à l’absence de clim

L’emplacement était bien situé, la fontaine à eau a l’entrée de l’hôtel

Cons:

Absence de climatisation fonctionnelle alors que c’est marqué dans les équipements (28° dans la chambre). Les mensonges de l’hôtesse d’accueil quand elle nous dit que des ventilateurs sont présents dans chaque chambre alors que c’est faux. La chaleur dans les chambres du à l’absence de climatisation fonctionnelle. L’absence de solution trouvée par l’établissement du au dysfonctionnement connu de ces climatisations. Le problème de la climatisation est connu de la direction car tous les jours les clients leur font remonter.

Pros:

Wonderful hotel! The room was clean and the room refreshed in between our stay. The breakfast was amazing! All fresh and local products! Brie, goat cheese, warm croissants, fruit etc. Staff was SO kind and helpful! We used the luggage storage on our first and last day and it was no problem! Best of all was the location, bikes and metro station minutes away from the hotel. Gorgeous neighborhood!
