According to Peruvian tax regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners who stay more than 59 days in Peru) must pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and passport.

Alojamiento muy bueno con algunas cositas por pulir.
Pros:

Ubicación adecuada, zona tranquila, cercana a puntos clave de la ciudad

Cons:

La limpieza del primer dia la hicieron en la noche, yo llegué agotado a descansar pero tuve que esperar 25 min en el lobby xq estaban limpiando la habitacion

Estuvo al límite de dejarlo.

Limpieza y personal amable, buena ubicación del hotel.

Cons:

El mal olor de las habitaciones, lamentablemente eso arruinó o confortable que podría haber sido la habitación. El mal olor a desagüe de la habitación 211 fue lo más desagradable y únicamente.

Poco variado, café frío, leche fria, huevo crudo. Siempre faltaban cosas, comida del chef sin variedad. Y además cobrar el agua que ponen en la habitación.

A little refrigerator in the room would be great. Had to buy the water…We were on the street side so the street noise during day time was loud. Also building construction across the street.
