Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured we managed to order food before our late check in.
Pros:

We have stayed here a few times to visit my son at uni and it’s excellent value for money.

Cons:

Luckily my partner drives so location isn’t an issue for us.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

I love the location and all staff are friendly. I do feel it’s worth pay the extra for a super king room, but all rooms are comfortable.

Clean, modern and tidy hotel with great welcoming attitude and vibe from all staff at the hotel.
Pros:

Excellent friendly and very helpful staff with a friendly welcoming attitude and knowledgeable advice on any question's I had regarding meals and parking.

Cons:

No air conditioning in rooms so was very hot even with fan on.
