Pros:

Thank you. We had a lovely stay at your hotel. Staff were very helpful and polite. Location too was very good. Room was cosy clean and comfortable. Rates were reasonbly priced.

Clean and great location
Pros:

Large room, very clean perfect location for Wembley or Heathrow. Parking attendant which is a bonus. Very clean albeit a bit dated.

Cons:

Bed and pillows not great. Pillows very hard. Wanted to upgrade continental breakfast to cooked breakfast but was told I would have to pay the total cost not a surcharge. Price difference is £4, wouldn’t let me pay the extra. £12 or no cooked breakfast! Disappointing as not a big ask really. Also did not know it was continental upon booking or would have queried at that point.

Pros:

The hotel is right next to the station so it is in a very convenient location. The staff were nice and the room was clean. We had dinner at the hotel which was tasty.

Cons:

The bed was a bit uncomfortable for me at least.

Room clean and comfortable but the bathroom needed attention.

Great location. Very comfortable, clean bed. The room was a great size.

Cons:

Bathroom. Needed a good clean. Bath taps in an awful condition. Something was missing off the top of the taps in between them because when the taps were on, water was spouting out the top. Little patches of mould around the bath area. Also, the handrail at the bath needed a cleaning underneath. I rubbed it to see if it was removable and it was so there is no excuse to not clean it properly. I must say that the toilet was spotless And to me, that is the main thing.

Pros:

Lo staff è stato molto comprensivo. Non hanno potuto offrirci una sistemazione adatta a noi. Avevamo problemi di salute e non potevamo restare col caldo senza aria condizionata o ventilazione . Non hanno ostacolato il rimborso.

Cons:

L’aria condizionata non funzionava e non c’era frigo bar per i medicinali.

Value for money
Pros:

Basic hotel but clean, good amenities with an onsite restaurant with great travel and transport links. You have to pay for the car park but there is a free car park across the road from the property (6pm-8am)

Cons:

The bathroom is a bit grubby, dates, limescale, just needs some investment but can i stress it is clean.

We had a room for 3 people but there was only 1cup/glass . The room was exceptionally warm

Dobra baza wypadowa z dojazdem do centrum i na stadion Wembley
Pros:

Pobyt ogólnie udany, bardzo mogę pochwalić personel i recepcje za pomoc. Sam hotel 3 gwiazdkowy, ale zadbany i czysty, pokoje także w miarę czyste, widoczne ślady użytkowania - szczególnie w łazience, łózka trzeszczące, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. W pokoju mini zestaw na kawe i herbate z czajnikiem. Śniadanie można dokupić w barze jednorazowo, dodatkowo do wyboru zwykłe kontynentalne a oprócz tego wybór ciepłych śniadań typu tost z jajecznicą, awokado itd. Było smakowicie. Lokalizacja dobrze skomunikowana z centrum - pociągiem w ok. 20 min lub metrem 40 min, do stadionu Wembley pociągiem 10 min, więc idealnie pod koncerty, a do stacji 3 min pieszo, na przeciwko hotelu supermarket, sama okolica bardziej industrialno-mieszkaniowa, ale czułyśmy się bezpiecznie.

Cons:

Brak działającej klimatyzacji!! Pobyt w końcówce czerwca przy temperaturze 36 stopni na dworzu, w pokoju było nie do wytrzymania, był do bardziej wywietrznik z wiatrakiem, ale nie schładzał pokoju. Z pomocą recepcji udało się pożyczyć wiatrak na pobyt, który lekko ratował sytuacje. Pokoje były słabo wygłuszone, w nocy było słychać każdy ruch na korytarzu. W łazience brak wywietrznika.

Very comfortable stay, not noisy and very helpful staff
Pros:

The property was situated right by the tube station which was really good for what we needed it for.
When our air con wasn’t working the staff were very quick to arrange an alternative room where it was working. Especially as it was 30degrees in the room.

Cons:

I felt the breakfast was a bit limited.
