Great. Will use again next time for Wembley
Pros:

The staff were lovely. The food was good and great value as we had dinner there before going off to Wembley.
2 min walk to station and straight in to Wembley which was great.
Room was clean but a little dated which I dont really mind as it was a good price.
Bed was comfy.
Parking was round the back and ten pound for the visit.

Cons:

The only thing I would say was the bedroom doors don't keep much noise out so people coming back late woke us up.

Pros:

Lovely bar and restaurant area. Relaxed atmosphere, with the choice of ordering food in the bar area. Menu and drinks very reasonably priced. As always the friendly, welcoming staff standout in all aspects of service.

Cons:

After checking in late I noticed that there were areas of the bathroom that were below the usual standard of cleanliness. It was obvious that the issue were simply because a deep clean was due, not from poor routine cleaning.
As I was tired I left it until the morning to ask the receptionist if it could be cleaned. I was immediately offered an alternative, and upgraded room.
On my return in the afternoon my luggage had all been carefully moved to my new room.
Exceptional response to a low level issue.

This is a basic hotel that is dated but clean. The staff on site were very polite and helpful and the parking is extreme
Pros:

A basic hotel close to tube and overground.
Very comfy beds

Cons:

We found some of the furniture and the bathroom a bit dated and worse for wear but it was clean. The light in the bathroom was flickering so difficult to do my make up and the lighting in the room wasn’t great so couldn’t do it there either.

Comfortable but needs updating.
Pros:

Closness to Wembley and the station

Cons:

Looking very tired the rooms are. Shower area grubby. Needs updating in the bathrooms. Booked a room for three. Yet only tea coffee. Glasses etc for two. No head board on the bed all the way across. Air con not working properly and broken fan provided. Not enough plug sockets near the bed !

Great hotel but...
Pros:

Staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and polite.
Clean, smart and modern reception as well as the dining area, corridors and bar. Always Staff there keeping things clean and tidy.
Nice and quiet in the room. Minimal noise heard from the roads. Great location if heading to wembley stadium.

Cons:

Room cleanliness, Limescale all over the shower head and the tap, no tissues. Stains on the chair. Dried nail varnish on the tv unit, stain down the wall. Fan covered with dust.
