The hotel's location is wonderful. Delicious breakfasts. Friendly service.

Shower curtain touching the toilet bowl. Bed had to be moved to access the balcony, and significant wall damage.

Rendkívüli helyen található a hotel, bent az óvárosban, a várfalakon belül, ugyanakkor sétatávolságra van a parkoló, ahol az autót kellett hagyni, mivel a szállás ZTL övezetben van. A parkoló és a hotel közötti transzfer is remekül meg van szervezve, be- és kijelentkezéskor nem kell a csomagokkal cipekedni. Változatos a reggeli, nemcsak édes pékáru, hanem rántotta, bacon, felvágott, sajt, zöldségek, gyümölcsök is szerepelnek a kínálatban.

Wir waren zufrieden. Die Lage ist super.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sauber, hell und freundlich und es ist alles da was man braucht für einen Kurzurlaub, wo man das Zimmer meist nur zum Schlafen benutzt. Betten/ Matratzen sind gut und im Schrank wären zusätzliche Polster und Decken gewesen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist auch für jeden was dabei, vielleicht nicht die mega Auswahl aber sehr lecker und absolut ausreichend. Sehr guter Schinken und Salami und tägl. frische Kuchen und Torten, Croissant usw.

Cons:

Die Dusche war sehr klein und unser Zimmer war seitlich, ohne Balkon und das ist leider früh morgens sehr laut, wenn das Personal Müll raus bringt und dort arbeitet und sich laut unterhalten.

Die Lage des Hotels war einfach nur perfekt. Es liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Sirmione und alles dort ist schnell erreichbar. Der Griffo-Parkplatz ist auch super organisiert und man kommt bei der An- & Abreise schnell vom Parkplatz mit einem großen Golfcart zum Hotel. Das Frühstück war okay.

Cons:

Das Hotelzimmer war ungünstig gelegen. Wir waren im Erdgeschoss direkt auf der "Stadtseite" und konnten nur gegen Gebäude schauen. Gemäß der Bilder wirkte es offen mit einem Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Ich gebe zu, dass ich bei der Buchung nicht gesehen hatte, dass es verschiedene "Seiten" gibt, da diese auf den Bildern auch nicht ersichtlich waren. Zudem war unser Hotelzimmer nicht richtig sauber und der Ablauf am Waschbecken hat nicht richtig funktioniert - dies wurde dann aber auch behoben.
