Дуже сподобався готель, один із кращих який я бачила.

Cons:

Я не зовсім зрозуміла, але через щось діти сильно подряпали ноги в басейні. Також тут вказано, що вечеря коштує $15, але коли ми її замовляли, вийшло набагато дорожче.

Я бронювала проживання тут, але оплата була на місці. При цьому сума виявилася вищою, ніж та, що була вказана під час бронювання. Я не зовсім розумію, чому так сталося.

Not the place to get much sleep for another day of driving. I would not stay here again, much to loud-even in your room.

Cons:

The property had very few luggage racks, had to carry our luggage and it took a few trips. It also was very busy, kids running around screaming, slamming doors, loud music till after 11p.

We had an awesome stay

The breakfast was excellent. The location was in a very nice area.
The suite was clean, modern and super nice. Price was good value for what we got.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
Cons:

I had to cancel my booking because there was no notice that the pool was closed, and now the property is ignoring my request for a refund!!! Terrible CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!! I WANT MY MONEY!! I CALLED THE MANAGER…and have yet to hear back!! DO BETTER!!

The new renovations were nice and the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

The first day we slept in and requested not to be disturbed. The next 3 days we didnt receive any housekeeping services.

Disappointing weekend stay because the pool was under construction!
Pros:

Checkin was easy, friendly, & informative. The rooms are big, clean, & comfortable. Breakfast was good as usual & happy hour is always nice.

Cons:

We frequently stay at Embassy Suites for two reasons, free breakfast & a pool. Breakfast is nice because you don't have to leave the property to eat something. The pool is for our grandson who lives with us permanently. He loves to go swimming, so we always choose a hotel with a pool. I feel like the website for this property should've stated that the pool is closed for repair, because if it had been listed, we would have stayed somewhere else with free breakfast and a pool.

Hoping once they get done redoing the hotel it’s beautiful and in better shape.
Pros:

I liked that the room was quiet and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was construction everywhere. The pool was also under construction and we weren’t notified. Trash was overflowing at each of the trash cans. We had to request that they be cleaned.

Pros:

Thanks to the kind and welcoming team who helped ensure my stay was comfortable! As of June 2026, I noticed some guests have simultaneously expected excellent facilities while making it as unpleasant as possible for this hotel staff to deliver on all the updates and room upgrades that are a vital part of getting to a common end goal. I truly appreciate a hotel that invests significantly into making the property as beautiful and pleasant as possible for its guests. The upgrades to the room I stayed in were beautiful. I look forward to the pool renovation and am counting down to a return visit to check it out again upon completion. My first stay at this property was over 20 years ago, and you have been and remain an excellent hotel option that I recommend whenever possible. Keep up the great work, Embassy Suites Blue Ash! This stay was a personal booking, but potential interest in arranging a negotiated rate for local business.

Remodel Made it Better!
Pros:

We stayed here for three nights. The ongoing remodel has made it leaps nicer than it was last year. The rooms are very nice now and modern looking. HVAC works well. I hope it is maintained to this quality. I didn't think the ongoing construction noise was bad like I had read in other reviews. Breakfast was more than adequate with a great selection of hot food and drinks. My only complaint is that they made the bathroom door a sliding barn door which still has gaps and limits privacy. Nice hotel in a nice area. We have stayed here twice and will return. It seems to be a well-run property. Can't wait to see the final product.
