Stayed for 3 days, great hotel, nice clean rooms comfy beds. Had to turn the air conditioning down to 65°F to get the room cool enough, but stayed cool once it got there.
Only problem is the extremely slow and spotty Wi-Fi. Switched rooms (and floors) in case I was “too far away” but that wasn’t the issue. Same wi-fi issues in new room. Was hard to do video meetings and work online here. During peak times 1800-2200 the wifi speed slowed to ~4Mbps and dropped off frequently. Definitely needs an upgrade.
Otherwise it’s a decent airport(ish) hotel. It’s actually a fair distance from the airport, but the shuttle is great and they have an online shuttle tracking service which is pretty neat.
Propreté des chambres, bon rappprt qualite-prix
Rien à signaler
Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great.
Only complaint was the long wait for the shuttle bus, We arrived late in the evening, called the hotel and were told the bus would arrive in 15~20 minutes. The wait was more like 35~40 minutes.
All the staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and spacious. The food in the restaurant was very good too.
It was probably a bit too far from the airport.
J’ai tout adoré

Malheureusement il y avait une équipe sportive qui ont fait beaucoup bruit jusqu’à tard dans la nuit mous empêchant de dormir de la nuit.
The staff that worked last night when I checked in were so friendly…it was a long day of delays and they were super nice
Location met our needs; breakfast and parking expensive; excellent staff; accommodated our request

La réceptionniste Sendy duplan vraiment sympathique et très compétente avec un service humain et chaleureux.
Tout étais parfait
We stayed for a week, first couple of nights in the Courtyard then we moved over to the Residence building at the suggestion of Karina, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
I had the chance to interact with staff at the front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, one shuttle driver, and staff at the Il Soffio restaurant and at the breakfast buffet in the Residence building. All were very friendly and helpful.
We stayed on the ground floor of the Courtyard at first (Rm 130) and on the second night there was a lot of noise from the restaurant so, just after midnight, I asked the front desk to close the hallway door so we could sleep, and that helped a lot. The HVAC unit in the room was also blowing air directly into my face in bed and kept turning off and on which made sleeping difficult.
After we moved to the Residence (Rm 2201) we had some new issues- the washroom sink drain was blocked, the room was freezing cold (it was very cold outside), and the traffic noise from the nearby Rte 40 and airplane noise was audible in the room.
I cranked the thermostat to 77 degrees to keep from shivering, which was fine, and I set the fan to stay on to help drown the noise, but I think the weatherstrips on the two sliding doors may need replacement.
When I called to get the plumbing fixed maintenance arrived very quickly and fixed it easily.
Housekeeping did a good job on the rooms.
The shuttle driver went out of his way to help me when I couldn't find a taxi.
The restaurant and buffet staff was friendly. We had french onion soup from the Il Soffio one night and it was delicious. The Il Soffio breakfast we had was also good, I got the Indecisio and my sister had the power bowl. My toast tasted mouldy and the Starbucks coffee was far too strong for me and gave me a belly ache. The breakfast buffet selection was good, the sausage patties and pork sausages were yummy, as were the scrambled eggs and various potatoes.
There are a few places within walking distance including the Place-Vertu mall where I found a Tim Horton's so I didn't have to drink the hotel Starbucks!
The rooms and food were expensive but not overly so, except perhaps the one 7$ cup of coffee I bought from Il Soffio after breakfast time.
