Pretty ordinary for a major hotel. Payed for a hotel at the airport (15 -20 min. away) a shuttle ( an hour late) a break
Pros:

The property was clean, they did give us a box breakfast for early checkout.

Cons:

The property is miles from the airport and the shuttle took an hour to arrive after the promised one stood on the ramp with no driver for twenty minutes and then drove straight passed us yelling out the door that the next shuttle was just behind. Yes 45 minutes and 3 phone calls later. Told a discount may be possible. Nothing.

We went at a busy time, a big race event and it affected the nightly price.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Enough choice of food. Helpful staff in the front desk. Close to bus routes, to the shopping malls, restaurants and bar.

Cons:

We had to ask for clean towels, ask for a big garbage bag because the room was not being cleaned. I left my fake wedding ring and it was not sent to me.

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour en famille dans cet hôtel. Une mention particulière à Sébastien, le réceptionniste, qui a été très professionnel, à l’écoute et surtout très compréhensif. Il a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. La propreté était impeccable, ce qui a grandement contribué à notre confort.

Nous avons également apprécié le service de navette, toujours ponctuel et efficace.

Cons:

En revanche, nous avons trouvé que certains membres du personnel, notamment au petit-déjeuner, étaient peu souriants et assez froids. Le petit-déjeuner était néanmoins satisfaisant.

Agréable, je recommande
Pros:

Le personnel à la réception agréable et bienveillant. Nous voyagions avec une personne à mobilité réduite et le séjour c’est très bien passé. Petit déjeuner très bon et diversifié.

Cons:

Fin de service du petit déjeuner personnels « sur les nerfs » même si je comprends le côté « intense » de certains services, les clients n’ont pas à se sentir mal alaise
