The property and rooms are accessed via several flights of stairs in a building with no elevator.
The Hotel limits to maximum 5 rooms per reservation. For booking more than 5 rooms per reservation, please contact the Hotel Management.

Loved the location..short walk to bus station, downhill after checking out, was convenient. Loved being able to look at the church out our window!
The water from the faucet and the shower was very smelly. We even smelled it when we returned from being out. We didn’t notice on check in because they had the windows open for venting when we came.
I appreciated how close it was to everything, being right by the famous church and about 15 minutes to downtown Reykjavik by foot. The room was very clean and modern and I recommend getting the breakfast option since it was a great mix of standard hotel food and Icelandic fare. The free coffee all day was nice too.
The shower setup was clean but kind of cramped. Also, it might just be my room but you have to make sure to pull at the front door to get it to click shut.
I have been staying at this hotel for quite a long time, and almost every time I visit Reykjavík, it is my first choice whenever rooms are available.
One of the things I appreciate most is the 24/7 reception. It means I never have to worry about arriving late due to flight delays or unexpected changes to my travel plans.
The staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming. Every single interaction I have had has been nothing but pleasant. No matter what time I arrive, everyone is always friendly, helpful, and professional.
I also love the rooms, the views, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything about my stays here has consistently been excellent, which is why I keep coming back.

The breakfast was relatively good value with a nice seating area, good location for the hotel.
Room was in the basement and hot and poorly lit.
