Good location
Pros:

Location was good, staff was friendly, but the room was very small. Also we heard some construction or something at midnight. I know they were doing some kind work during the day, but we definitely heard something in the middle of the night. Thankfully we were too tired and jet lagged to care.

Don’t do it.
Pros:

Good continental breakfast and the location is great for exploring the city.

Cons:

The tiny “closet” of a bathroom is ridiculously unacceptable. Entire size approximately 4’ x 5’ for toilet, sink and shower. No separate shower enclosure, so EVERYTHING gets wet when you shower. Also the hot water absolutely reeks of sulfur, so instead of feeling clean after showering you feel like you stink. I would never stay here again.

Great basic place to stay. Well located.

Stanza piccola molto spartana, lettini piccoli e scomodi con materassi molli.
Acqua del rubinetto puzzava.
Struttura vecchia con moquette sulle parti comuni terribile e con cattivi odori.
Mancanza di ascensore, ho dovuto portare la valigia al 3 piano a mano sulle scale .

Great location for access to Reykjavik. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Best location right next to the Hallgrímskirkja. Bus stop 8 accross the street for pick-ups for tours. Walking distance to almost everything downtown (of course dependent on mobility).

Comfortable beds. Dark curtains. Friendly staff. They organised breakfast to go when we had en early tour start. Separate beds available in doubleroom.

Cons:

Not the hotel for people with mobility issues. No elevator. Steps to enter the reception. Even step to enter the bathroom in the hotel room.

I wished for more alternatives for breakfast.
