Tutto, partiamo dal fatto che la reception si trova nella stessa stanza dove si fa colazione, a proposito della colazione scarsa...struttura da rifare...stanza alla fine carina ma balcone piccolo, indecente per via delle cacate dei piccioni, e poi pieno di crepe e poggia mano rotto e arrugginito

És un hotel antic que necessita moltes reformes i feia olor a tabac just entrar a recepció.
La dutxa de l'habitació tenia com un revestiment de goma per tapar defectes i la mampara i les juntes estaven plenes de floridura. L'armari estava ple de pols i els coixins eren molt incòmodes.

El trato del personal. La ubicación. Aparcar fácil. Sencillo pero bien, cumple todo lo que pedimos para pasar una noche.

Cons:

Es verdad que es un hotel antiguo y que la estética del edificio no es la mejor. La habitación también es bastante antigua. Y sobre todo, se rompió la cisterna y no paraba de salir agua con su correspondiente ruido y ya no había nadie en recepción para avisar.

Ein super Preis/Leistung , sehr angenehmes & typische Sizilianische Atmosphäre charmantes HOTEL Como, super gut situiert ( Busbahnhof + Bahnhof+ zu Fuß die Altstadt in Ortigia zu erreichen und Alles ) + Super freundlichen Personal :))

Cons:

Nun wenn man für längere Zeit in diesem Hotel bleibt, sollte vielleicht das Frühstück abwechslungsreicher gestaltet werden + ein bisschen salziges anbieten , sonst sehr gut !

La camera era spaziosa e la posizione è comoda, a pochi minuti da Ortigia senza essere troppo in mezzo al caos del centro.

Cons:

Il bagno, pur essendo grande, avrebbe bisogno di maggiore manutenzione: sono presenti problemi di calcare e i filtri dei rubinetti risultano molto incrostati. L’acqua usciva con poca pressione e tendeva a spruzzare in più direzioni, bagnando anche il pavimento. Anche il materasso del letto matrimoniale ci è sembrato un po’ cedevole e non particolarmente confortevole.
