Pros:

Per chi come me prenota questa struttura per motivi di lavoro, la posizione risulta essere comoda.
Colazione molto basica con scarsa possibilità di scelta. La sottomarca della Nutella anche no!
Lo staff all'accoglienza è molto gentile e disponibile. Stessa cosa il personale che si occupa di servire la colazione.

Cons:

Considerando il costo del pernottamento non ci si può aspettare nulla di più di quello che è l'albergo.
Una cosa che mi ha un po infastidito è stata la premura della cameriera al piano alle ore 10.10 per lasciare la camera. Aver sforato di soli 10 minuti l'orario del rilascio della camera indica poca tolleranza. Stavo proprio per uscire quando insistentemente la stessa ha bussato alla porta. Mai successo in nessun altro albergo!

Pros:

Posizione eccezionale, vicino all'Ortigia e ai vari punti di interesse e negozi . Nonostante la struttura e in particolare l'appartamento era fatiscente, il personale era molto gentile e affabile. Peccato

Cons:

La struttura è molto vecchia, ma pulita, l'appartamento dovrebbe essere assolutamente ristrutturato, il lavandino, il piano cottura il bagno e il terrazzo fatiscente e vecchio (le foto non corrispondono assolutamente a quelle su booking)

It was good for one day but we wouldn’t choose it again.

The staff were helpful and the location was nice because it was near the train and bus station.

Cons:

The building was old. The bed was too small for two people and the bathroom wasn’t clean enough.

Pros:

Nous avions un appartement avec 2 chambres et une terrasse, l'emplacement est bien pour utiliser les transports en commun, mais il est entre la gare ferroviaire et le terminal de bus et une route très passante, donc c'est bruyant. L'appartement a besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement.
Le personnel est très accueillant.

Cons:

The room was clean, not 100%, but that's okay. In such heat, there was no refrigerator in the room. The worst thing was that the windows of the room overlooked the road and we couldn't sleep at all. We took the room because we had to take a train early in the morning. I can't rate the breakfast as we left the apartment before breakfast.

No frills simple clean Hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

This is a no frills Hotel that is clean with very friendly staff. It is opposite the train station and less than 5 minutes walk from the bus station. The breakfast is simple but the items offered are fresh. If all you want is a clean place where to sleep and wash , this Hotel is ideal. Pretty central to all touristic places of interest.

Cons:

Walking back to the Hotel late at night, the final part is a bit rough. Good restaurants are not very close. Nothing to complain about the Hotel and staff.

Vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria.
Pros:

Di fronte alla stazione. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi con una bella passeggiata di 10/15 min. Staff gentile e accogliente. Aria condizionata funzionate e presenza di una tv. La colazione è modesta ed è solo dolce, ma buona, nessuna opzione per il salato.

Cons:

Struttura datata, il bagno è cieco. Rubinetteria vecchia e quella del lavandino rende scomodo il flusso dell'acqua in quanto attaccata al bordo dello stesso. Mancanza di un frigo bar.
Ma la cosa peggiore è la mancanza di isolamento acustico con l'esterno che rende difficile il riposo notturno. Io avevo la stanza sul piazzale della stazione, non so se le camere posizionate sul retro abbiano lo stesso problema.
