Pros:

The staff were amazing. Friendly & helpful, and took the time to get to know us.

Cons:

I was a little disappointed with breakfast. I love bacon and eggs for breakfast, but the only bacon available was beef bacon which was almost dehydrated. It was horrible.

Great stay :)
Pros:

We really enjoyed the daily variety at the buffet breakfast, the super comfortable beds, and the atmospheric, magical pool area, even if the poolside drinks were a bit expensive. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful - especially Mr. Oky :D

Cons:

The location is fine, though it takes a bit more walking to get to the center than anticipated, and a few spots in the bathroom could use a bit of updating, but overall the rooms were clean and well-kept.
