Amazing would definitely stay again!
Pros:

So much! it was immaculate. It was like having our own one bedroom apartment within the hotel.

Cons:

Gluten-free options at the bar Strait restaurant were very limited so we decided to eat out. It would be great to have a swimming pool.

Very satisfying and would definitely go back if we are in Victoria again.

Cons:

Aegiers had great food but could take a while. Still ok but not a good choice if you are in a hurry in the morning.

A nice hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

We made our own breakfast. It was good to have kitchen facilities. Good location for everything we wanted to do.

Cons:

Air conditioning might have cooled things down a bit. The ceiling fan helped but still was a bit hot at night in summer weather.

A perfect hotel in the perfect location
Pros:

We decided to visit Victoria rather than Vancouver prior to our Alaskan cruise which turned out to be a fantastic decision. We had the pleasure of staying 3 nights in this lovely hotel which exceeded all of our expectations. It is spotless, charming, well appointed, quiet, and extremely close to the Parliament, the harbour and Fisherman’s Wharf. Every staff member was professional, friendly and very helpful. Our suite was on the 9th floor and we loved the balcony and the spectacular view. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Will be coming back!
Pros:

What a superb experience be this was, all around. I’ve been coming to Victoria with my family since I was little, and my dad with his family as a child. We decide to treat my dad to the rooftop suite as the Oswego for his 70th, and it exceeded expectations. The location from the ferry was about as good as it gets, the view would be hard to beat. The balcony could for up to 25 people! We thoroughly enjoyed having tea and watching the ships, then cruising around town with ease. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally nice, and they went above and beyond to make it a special occasion for my dad. We will definitely be staying here again, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Victoria.
