Pros:

Room was well equipped. beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was great. Restauarant was excellent. Great Happy Hour.

The stay was
Pros:

The breakfast was good but the service needed
improving. However, it was Canada Day, so they were short staffed.

Cons:

The bed seemed to slant toward the edges and we
rolled toward the edges during the night.

It was fine. Great location
Pros:

The location is fantastic and staff are super nice and helpful

Cons:

The bed was really uncomfortable (had a large valley on one side). The room itself is a bit tired. Expensive for what you get.

The Oswego exceeded our expectations and gave us a comfortable place to stay on our vacation.
Pros:

Excellent location, easy to drive our car to everywhere we wanted to see around Victoria. The view from our room on the 8th floor was awesome and we enjoyed the nightly sunsets from our balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having two bedrooms as well as two bathrooms was a big plus for our family. I enjoyed checking in on my 65th birthday and the entire stay was amazing.

Cons:

I cannot think of a better place to stay, and we will definitely return to this property when we have a chance to visit Victoria again! I have nothing negative to say about this property.
