Memorable stay—spotless room, Sandra’s courtesy, and Buka’s outstanding dining made it exceptional!

Our stay was excellent. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and Sandra from housekeeping stood out for her professionalism and courtesy. Dining at Buka Restaurant was outstanding, with food quality that exceeded expectations. Overall, a memorable experience we look forward to repeating.

Pros:

Location is perfect and secure. Staff are friendly

Cons:

An unfortunate mix up. Booked ambassador suite for a family of 4. When we arrived, I was told we were upgraded to presidential. When we got to the room, the third bedroom was locked and they said i have access to only two. I didn't mind because we didn't need it. Only to be woken up in the middle of the night by a knock at the main door (we locked with chain), and it was a guest staying in the third bedroom. Imagine the shock. No one mentioned that the third room was taken. I could have easily rejected the "upgrade". So, we shared the rest of our stay with a stranger. Forcing us to bring the kids into one room where we could lock the door.
