Cons:

When I entered into the suite there were 16°C and after a day it was 19.5°, despite our requests for maintenance intervention. Unacceptable!!!!

Comfortable room.

Cons:

Extremely SLOW service. More than a few times, cold food, after waiting an hour after ordering. For the hotel cost, I expect much better from a Hilton hotel. Complained the room AC wasn"t adjustable, didn't get resolved. When my complaints to hotel management were addressed, nothing was offered to resolve issues.
