Cons:

The hotel was okay, but the breakfast area had serious cleanliness issues. Staff kept wiping tables with a dirty cloth, and there was food residue all over the floor. The environment was also very noisy. Worst of all, staff members were handling bread and muffins with their bare hands, which was incredibly off-putting.

Cerca a todo, con desayuno incluido, la visita del papa elevó los precios de todo el centro y no era fácil encontrar buenos hoteles por precios razonables

Muy buen alojamiento destacando ubicaciòn y desayuno con pocos amenities.
Pros:

El desyuno es muy completo y muy bien organizado por la persona responsable realmente hace una difrencia en lo que es el alojamiento en cuanto a que interactua con los huespedes y da consejos de paseos y como moverse. Un pliar del Lugar!!!
La ubicaciòn es muy buena, cerca de la Gran vìa, transporte. parques, etc.

Cons:

Loa amenities de la habitaciòn son muy basicos, no proveen pantuflas, pañuelos, pasta de dientes y cepillo, agua de cortesia, Te y cafe en la habitacion, son detalles que otros alojamientos tres estrellas ya te lo dan.
Lo ùltimo realmente increible es que te cobran 1 euro por pesar la valija, en una estancia de cuatro dias donde pague 1000 euros me parece una muy mala politica.
