Great Viena!!!
Pros:

Perfect location, super clean, great space, great breakfast, very kind and helpful stuff, everyrhing is a five star. The only thing that bothered me is that I didnt have control of the air conditioning that was set by the central unit. That was a problem, I couldnt set the temperature that I needed and to close it, I had to get out of bed.

Terrible breakfast and hot room
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel in July 2026. Overall, it was a very basic hotel, but the worst part was the breakfast. I paid for breakfast as part of my room rate, and because I had to leave before 7:00 a.m. (when breakfast service starts), I requested a cold breakfast to take with me.
What they provided was unacceptable: a piece of stale bread, old cheese, and a slice of ham. It was by far the worst hotel breakfast I have ever received and a very disappointing experience.
On top of that, the air conditioning was not working properly. The room was extremely hot, and it felt like sleeping in a sauna all night.
I would not recommend this hotel.
