Pros:

Breakfast buffet was decent. Good price.

Cons:

Beds were very uncomfortable, bathroom has no exhaust fan, you can hear noise from the rooms and especially the rooms above you every footstep. Rooms need major updating.

The entire hotel was dirty and dusty. Thankfully, I checked the mattress in our first room and discovered a huge, disgusting dark stain on both the mattress and the mattress cover. We were given a different room, but the mattress was only marginally better. I also had to wipe down the furniture before I could even put my belongings down.
I requested a cancellation and refund, but I was told this was not possible because we had booked through a third party.
This was a terrible experience from beginning to end. The lack of cleanliness was completely unacceptable, and I would never stay at this hotel again. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

Airport shuttle needs a better system
Pros:

Location, bed comfort

Cons:

I did the park and fly and on the way back I couldn’t get the hotel to answer the phone for a ride back to the hotel. I waited on hold for 10 minutes, hung up and tried again, then waited on hold for another 10 minutes. It was night and cold, so I took a cab. $20 to go 2 miles. When I got there the lobby was not busy at all.

My stay was just ok. I don't think I would stay there again.
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is very outdated. The faucets in the rooms need to be replaced, The toilet in the room kept lifting up every time I got off of it. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. I ate it once and went out the other two days.

Nice for a night’s stay
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was nice and the building was quiet.

Cons:

The area was a little sketchy, right by the highway with quite a few few unhoused people wandering through the parking lot. The breakfast was mediocre.

Pros:

I liked the jacuzzi tub and fire place.

Cons:

Room wasn't all that clean. Shelves were dusty, fireplace had cup stains, the TV in living room area didn't work and I asked the front desk 3 times to fix it, was told maintenance was coming and they never did. Desk guy at night didn't offer any info about the pool, wifi, or much of anything.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our brief stay. We will certainly return!
Pros:

Loved the jacuzzi in the room. The bed was very comfortable, and our room was spacious. Also, I enjoyed the look and feel of the carpeting and decor throughout the facility. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant was roomy and comfortable.

Cons:

I would've liked an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Also, I think some lamps by the couch in the sitting area would be good for reading. The breakfast was good, but a waffle or pancake station would've made it even better. The TV in our room struggled to maintain WiFi connection and didn't always have a sharp picture.

Our stay we great.
Pros:

The first day the breakfast was great. The second day the breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was perfect it was right in the center of everything we came to do. The staff we friendly.

Cons:

We traveled with one child and the room only had 2 towels, the first night we called the front desk and one of the staff members said they would send maintenance up with a towel but they never showed.

Pros:

Front desk was great and room was clean and comfortable. I booked because you have an airport shuttle and this was smooth for very early flight and very helpful!

Cons:

Furniture could use an update. Pool was very large but needed some TLC.
