Clean rooms, great breakfasts, and positive staff.
TV was a little complicated and AC box had to have batteries replaced, but staff was quick to fix it.

Nothing to Complain about
Location was perfect as we needed something close by the airport for extra eay departure. Staff at check in and out were great!
A bit loud in the hallway. Not great for sound proof including the facilities in the room above us. Was loud if others were in shower or flushing the toilet above us, but not a big turn off, just noted.
Most everything was good staff included
But the room is supposed to be no smoking our room smelt like smoke for sure. That part was not good we wanted a smoke free room the shower is leaking bad . The sink outside the bathroom is draining very slow.
Close to freeway
After we left the charge of 5 dollars which isn’t a big deal but nobody told me there was a five dollar charge. Don’t say it’s includes a free breakfast when it’s really not free.
Staff
breakfast was not very flavorful
Alex at the front desk is incredible. The lobby was swamped with everyone appearing all at once and the phone ringing off the hook, but he multi-tasked his way through it with friendliness. And the lady staffing the breakfast operation was incredibly diligent, too. They're really going the extra mile.
Get Alex some help. Even one person half as good at the job as him would go far.
Nothing
Stains on the carpet in my room. Dirty bed side table. No internet. Didn't even eat breakfast, what a joke they consider breakfast. Over flowing trash cans. The list goes on........
Room was big
Room is outdated and it smells smoking when it’s a smoking room.

The location is perfect for our needs. The rooms are always clean the staff are very nice and the free breakfast is usually good. The price is very fair.
The beds are hard and the pillows are miserable! When we stay here we bring our own pillows so we don't have to suffer through the night with theirs. And last time the sheets were thread bare and there were even some holes in them. I really think an upgrade of linens, pillows and mattresses would make this the perfect place to stay.
Room was nice and beds were comfortable
The room was extremely warm even with their ac turned all the way down, there was a roach in the shower and the food was very bland.
