The room was comfortable and provided good breakfast.
It was pricey for an overnight night stay.
The breakfast was very limited.
It was clean, the staff were amazing and the most importantly the beds were comfortable
The sports bar didn’t open until 4:00.
The beds are comfortable, it was quiet, the breakfast was great and staff were helpful
Everything
The breakfast itself, and the staff attendant was very good. The attendant deserves a promotion - very kind, diligent, energetic, the best we have ever encountered.
Made reservations through booking.com
.Paid Booking.com
.Arrived at 4:30pm
.Requested Top floor/room was not yet available (cleaned)
.Was offered 3rd floor room, asked if top floor room would be available - answered yes, but we'd have to wait - I said okay and completed room pre-registration
.Received a voice message at 5:55pm that our room was ready
.Had dinner with in town relatives and returned to hotel approx 9pm; was told room was not ready
.Played voicemail for registration desk clerk stating our room was ready; spoke with hotel manager and learned that they had given our room to someone else; was told they would have our (new) room ready in 10 minutes and we would receive a price reduction/credit
.30-40 minutes later I had to ask about room readiness. 5 minutes later we were given keys to our room
.Bathroom floor had not been cleaned (pubic hairs)
.Toilet rim had urine drops on it
.Carpet had not been vacuumed
.No handsome for sink
Beds and showers need updating badly.
The staff were very polite and kind, which was very positive for the person I travelled with. The food at the hotel restaurant was also good.
Their ADA rooms with two queen beds were “out of order”. This was very important for the person I traveled with since they have mobility issues. I messaged the hotel when I booked through Booking.com because it wasn’t offered as an option. I was told they couldn’t do that until we arrived.
We were given a king bed room, and I had to sleep on a rollaway bed - I’m 6’ tall. It was not comfortable.
I feel like the issue was with Booking.com for not allowing ADA rooms be an option and the hotel for having ADA rooms that were not maintained.
the Inn has spacious King bed rooms and all needed amenities. the offered breakfast was convenient and tasty. there is an elevator luggage carts and plenty of free parking. it had ice makers and vending machine on each floor. there is an indoor pool and small gym available. the location was good for our tournament weekend. it was packed with visitors close to grocery and freeway. there was a comedy show on site as well. we didn't attend but another cool plus about the hotel.
the building is older and quaint but dated , 80s green carpet, older microwave and landlines phones. the fitness center was meh and the pool area and spa had intense chlorine fumes(which is bad and good)
