El aire no se podía regular faltaba en el teléfono número de la recepción , al WhatsApp jamás contestaron eso lo encontré pésimo , además tuvimos que bajar para pedir servicio a la habitación en el restaurante pagamos todo y luego si no se demoraron en llevar el pedido el joven muy atento que lo llevo , dejaré sin comentarios a la apática del restaurante pagamos todo donde pagamos , bueno luego nos dimos cuenta que no iba el bebestible , nuevamente tuvimos que bajar por el y pésima la atención del restaurante , con respecto a los reseco ionízate parecían como si estuvieran obligados muy poco afables por lo menos mencionar que tuviésemos una buena estadía , debo destacar que cuando llegamos para entrara al estacionamiento el caballero muy atento lo mismo del joven que entrega los tickets , ah olvidaba el ascensor del hotel estaba malo el que da del estacionamiento al hotel tuvimos que entrar y salir por el ibis pienso que a la próxima nos quedaremos en el ibis sin ser huéspedes nos dieron todas las indicaciones hasta que lugares visitar . Novo debería tener por lo menos un chatboot que responda el WhatsApp o los teléfonos muy ineficiente sobre todo considerando que el pago no fue menor.

Arreglen la ducha

El Hotel en general.

Cons:

Cuando no tenes ducha y solo te bañas con un bañador de mano te arruina toda la experiencia. Me quedé 3 noches, reclamé al segundo día y no fueron capaz de arreglar la ducha.
