Lovely experience, will be back 💕
Pros:

The property is right off 35, so highway access is super easy and feels centrally located to everything in Waco area. It’s right next to a Walmart, multiple gas stations, Starbucks, food, etc.

After staying in a few other hotels around the area, we will DEFINITELY be returning to this one. The staff made sure everything was taken care of from beginning to end. We were accommodated from the time we walked in to the time we left. Maxine, Lacey and Steven were among the staff members we got to know during the stay. Each time we walked in or out during our busy stay, they made sure to greet us and/or ask if there was anything they could do to make our stay more accommodating . One point I took the kids to the pool and they offered some pool toys- talk about going the extra mile.

Breakfast bar was beyond what we expected for the price of the hotel. I’d go as far as to say BEST hotel breakfast for the price for sure. Pool was clean, hot tub was HOT, gym was nice, rooms and beds were clean. Overall, 10/10 recommend.

Pros:

Location was key for my daughter's softball tournament. Pool and hot tub were nice.

Cons:

We checked in late, around 11:00 p.m., and once we got to the room the door lock mechanism wasn't working. Had to go back down and wait for the receptionist dealing with another guest to get the cards re-keyed. Still didn't work, turns out the batteries were dead so we had to change rooms. Took over half an hour to finally get into a room. After the first night the batteries went out on that room's door too.

Quiet and comfortable stay overall, but the bathroom and humidity issues should be improved.
Pros:

The hotel was quiet, and we were able to rest very well. The bed was comfortable, and the overall property looked clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was decent, and the location was convenient for our trip.

Cons:

The room had a very strong, humid smell that was noticeable during the stay. The shower also needs maintenance, as the water pressure was very low and the temperature fluctuated between very hot and very cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably.

All in all not bad, I would stay there again.
Pros:

The property was fine, easy to get to, fairly well maintained. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice glass door shower with good water pressure and water temperature. Had 2 rooms booked, the refrigerator in one of the rooms didn’t work and the one in the room was not that great.
Breakfast was ok, all the usual hotel breakfast items. All in all it was fine.

Cons:

Nothing really, the front desk clerk in the evening was not great, but the morning staff was great!
