Pros:

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Spotless clean and the staff in the hotel is super friendly, especially the breakfast attendant, Jacob, went above and beyond to serve guests with additional needs that were pretty demanding. He handled it like a pro and with a smile. The world needs more people like him who kick offs other people days with a smile and kindness.

Could have been better, really disappointed in TV channel selection and TV screen.

The room was a suite that had more room.

It could be better but was ok. The pillows were terrible

cleaning was haphazard Mud in hallways for three days not cleaned. scum in bathroom fixtures. Inadequate cleaning products used

Good value but a bit worn out.
Pros:

The room was clean and the staff friendly. They had an early 5am breakfast.

The pool is down and equipment in the gym didn’t work. But the did provide a voucher for the public pool.
