היה נקי ואסתטי, המלון ממוקם ממש קרוב להכל.

הייתה תקלה קטנה, לגבי העובדי משק, ביקשתי לנקות לי את החדר.
מהבוקר התקשרתי פעמיים לקבלה, בפעם הראשונה לא יודעת מי ענתה לי בקבלה אבל אהבתי את המענה שלה (לא יודעת מה שמה) והיא אמרה שהיא תשלח מישהי לנקות ולא שלחה. אחר כך התקשרתי פעם שנייה ענה לי בחור חביב מהקבלה ודאג לי מיד שישלחו וניקו לי אותו רק לקראת 16:00 בצהריים. נותר לציין שהבחור מהקבלה יתנצל ושלח לי איש צוות לנקות לי את החדר ואז התקשר לוודא שהכל היה בסדר.

The staff at the Metropolitan hotel are fantastic. They make your stay even more special from the minute you arrive. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend this hotel. It is a minute from the beautiful beaches of Tel Aviv.
