Well-kept hotel with a great location.
Pros:

Good central location, breakfast good with amazing views. Rooms have size and are nice.

Cons:

No iron for clothing, but staff was friendly to share a steamer which was still nice.

Lovely boutique hotel in the center of florence.
Pros:

Right outside our front door was the bustling old town of Florence. Everything steps away. Loved this boutique hotel. Beautiful roof top patio and bar, lovely room. everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, even cozy it was decorated in a lovely way.

Loved the Hermitage!
Pros:

Can't get a better location than the Hotel Hermitage, right at the root of the Ponte Vecchio. We LOVED the decor and vibe - artsy tropical safari (is that a thing?). So many details they get right (amenities kit in bathroom, slippers, monogrammed dishes, etc). Breakfast is in a delightful room and though simple, worked well for us. you can also order more off a menu. Regret not making a reservation for their upstairs restaurant - it looked wonderful.

Cons:

Floor in the room was a little dirty unfortunately. And the bathroom was small, but didn't expect more. We were ok using the stairs but if you have a lot of big luggage, know the elevator is tiny.

Pros:

Perfect location! Seriously you couldn’t ask for a better location. So close to everything. I mean you have a little bar and gelato place right below the hotel. Breakfast was good with a great view. Book the restaurant terrace for a romantic evening!

Un tres bon séjour dans cet établissement très agréable, des chambres au petit-déjeuner avec vue sur les toits de Floren

Cons:

Que l’établissement ne nous communique pas en avance le parking et son accès qu’il propose aux clients . Ca nous aurait évité de tomber à priori sur le plus cher 😩

It was in the middle of everything, almost on the bridge, around the corner from the uffizi. A 5 min Walk from the duomo.
The rooms were lovely and the breakfast room magical, especially sitting outside on the roof

Mooi hotel, prachtige locatie
Pros:

De locatie was top, bijna op de ponte vecchio. Er was een lift en de kamers waren comfortabel. Er was een dakterras, ontbijt was goed. De hond mocht mee met ontbijt. Airco was ook erg fijn, want het was behoorlijk warm. Personeel was erg aardig. Parkeren deden we bij parking ponte vecchio, prive parkeerplaats, moet je reserveren. Behoorlijk prijzig maar ook erg dichtbij en veilig.

Cons:

De kamers waren gezellig maar ook vol, beetje onrustig door alle kleur.

Brilliant small boutique style family hotel..

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had really bad experience with taxi service. The hotel booked one for us and provided with the price, but when the taxi arrived to take two orderly couple to the airport, the driver asked for different price. The lady in the hotel tried to sort it out and called the company. The send another driver, and we hoped for better experience. New taxi driver behaved exactly the same way asking for much bigger prices. By that point we already lost time and the anxiety to be late for the airport were too high to risk another argument. And poor old couple had to pay massive money..
it is ruined whole experience, truly the taxi drivers used the situation with vulnerable people for their own benefit, very inhuman and shameful .. I was extremely angry and disappointed…
