Atendimento atencioso , ágil ! Localização ímpar

Detalhes , como colocar no check list de entrega do apartamento ao cliente a verificação das baterias dos controles remoto da TV e Ar condicionado, no nosso caso nenhum estava funcionando e tivemos que acionar a recepção

A perfect stay in Florence
Pros:

This is a truly beautiful hotel, in the perfect location. I booked a room overlooking the Arno, on the second floor, and it really was a 'room with a view' - even more wonderful than I had imagined. The decoration is colourful and often delightfully quirky, and the whole place very clean, cared-for, and well maintained. Breakfast is served in a lovely room at the top of the building, and the staff are friendly and helpful: order the cappuccino, which comes with cocoa palm trees stencilled on top! There were thoughtful touches everywhere, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I have the chance to return to Florence. I had, I confess, been a little anxious after booking, on reading some of the more negative reviews on TripAdvisor. There are indeed some stairs to negotiate as you arrive, before getting to the lift to reach reception on the fifth floor. But the great location makes up for any minor inconvenience involved, and I experienced no problems whatsoever with noise. Although so close to the river, I was relieved to find that the windows have screens to shield you from the dreaded zanzare (mosquitos!). You are in the midst of everything, but in a little oasis within the city. There is a charming and comfortable lounge on the top floor - the kind of common space that is too often missing from hotels these days. From there too you can look straight down to the river and the Ponte Vecchio, and the views from the breakfast room are also glorious, across the rooftops to the Palazzo Vecchio. The Hotel Hermitage really is a very special place to stay.

Decoração antique muito linda e charmosa, café da manhã perfeito, rooftop com vista linda, localização excelente! Atendimento tambem muito bom

Cons:

Nao recomendamos pegar quartos com vista para o rio, pois tem muito barulho da rua. Tem um pouco de barulho dos outros quartos - isolamento acústico nao é aquelas coisas, mas é compreensível pois a construção é antiga

God beliggenhed tæt på de store seværdigheder og meget venligt personale.

Cons:

Dårlige faciliteter, der ikke svarer til prisen. Det lugtede og føltes fugtigt på værelset - måske fordi bruseren er i samme rum, som man sover i. Støjende område - vi blev vækket flere gange af folk, der brugte rundsav m.m. midt om natten. Man skulle betale ekstra for simple ting som æg til morgenmaden. Generelt ikke pengene værd.

situation exceptionelle mais hotel viellot et peu accessible
Pros:

HOTEL VIELLOT tres bien placé . Bruyant = la chambre 415 est a éviter situiée en dessous des cuisines .
Ascenceur minuscule , et tres occupé car la réceprio est au 5 eme étage

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, fußläufig alles gut erreichbar! Zimmer/Bad sind sauber und Größe ist auch OK. Frühstück in Ordnung.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer befand sich im 4. Stock direkt unter der Küche/Frühstücksraum/Restaurant. An Schlaf oder Ruhe bis nach Mitternacht war nicht zu denken. Stühle und Tische wurden über den Boden geschoben wurden, Gläser und Teller klirrten,..... das war in unserem Zimmer alles extrem laut zu hören.

ubytování je v centru

Cons:

neochotný personál:
ubytování je až od 16 hodin, to je ok, ale když se zeptáte jestli nebude o něco dřív, tak to neumí zjistit
u snídaně si musíte o kávu sami říct, nikdo se nezeptá, zda si dáte kávu

v ubytování je jeden malý a pomalý výtah, takže pokud chcete se zavazadly výtahem, čekáte někdy docela dlouho
