Chambre et literie confortables

Petit déjeuner délicieux, avec en plus une vue magnifique sur la tour du Palazzo Vecchio
Si vous venez en voiture, ils vous conseillent le garage des Termes qui est très pratique et à cinq minutes à pied

Excellent location, comfortable stay with beautiful views.
Pros:

The location was excellent and I liked the premisses. Breakfast was good with an amazing view, as well as the roof top terrace.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy, with many people on the streets (but that is Florence) or guests coming down the stairs after the late dinner at the roof top. The room was supposed to have a view at the river Arno and the Ponte Vecchio, but you could not really see it, while the views from the 5th and 6th floor are stunning.

Pros:

The staff were excellent and accommodating. The decor was brilliantly fun. The location could not be better. Had dinner in the rooftop terrace and it too was excellent with great staff and wonderful food.

Beautiful boutique hotel right at Ponte Vecchio.
Pros:

location.
immediately across from Ponte Vecchio, just down from the Uffizi galleries.
quick access to all sites, activities, restos on either side of the Arno.
Alex, at the front desk, was gracious and helpful in all we asked.

Cons:

Elevator tiny...but it is an old building.

Pros:

Very nice deco, Elisa in the reception was very helpful.
Near to every place.

Cons:

There is no frigobar, in hot times you need one, there is a huge stair on the entrance and no one to help.

Pros:

L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé. Il ne faut toutefois pas vouloir y aller en voiture. C'est l'enfer. Je recommande tout particulièrement le restaurant sur le rooftop. Superbe vue et une nourriture qui est juste trop bonne.

Cons:

La présence d'un parking est mentionnée. Ce n'est pas le cas. Il faut faire appel à un service de wallet qui coûte EUR 35.00 par jour.

We loved the feel of the hotel, its convenient location and the friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

The hotel was beside the Arno river next to the Ponte Vecchio, so very conveniently situated to reach many museums, galleries, churches, restaurants etc on foot. The room was very comfortable and clean and the decor throughout the hotel was fun and with a period charm. The roof terrace restaurant was a lovely touch with a plentiful choice of food, which was delicious. Being a family run hotel, all the staff were very friendly and so helpful.

Cons:

Being central, it could occasionally get a little noisy in the street outside towards late evening but this always calmed down after a while.

Pros:

Hotel piccolo ma molto bello e curato. La pulizia al top. Colazione abbondante e curata con prodotti freschi. Alcune pietanze particolari ed internazionali sono a parte ed a pagamento. La stanza molto curata, il lavandino è piccolino e non molto comodo. La posizione è fantastica. A pochi passi da Ponte Vecchio e 200mt da piazza Signoria. Molto cordiale ed attenta l'accoglienza sia al check in che al check out. Nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

Cons:

L'insonorizzazione delle stanze non è all'altezza del resto. Si sentono molto i rumori della strada con i locali affollati di gente ed i rumori delle sedie al ristorante posizionato all'ultimo piano.

Pros:

Camera curatissima e molto ben accessoriata in una posizione favolosa con vista incantevole sull'Arno e Ponte Vecchio.
Lo staff alla reception super disponibile e competente. Il salottino meraviglioso dove riposare sfogliando libri di arte e moda e godendo della vista sull'Arno

Cons:

L'ingresso dell'hotel è un po' caotico. Consiglierei ai gestori di cercare di evitare, per quanto possibile, interferenze tra i flussi di clienti di hotel/ristorante e forniture/sporco del locale al pian terreno. E' davvero uno scivolone che penalizza la struttura altrimenti eccellente
