Never ever ever coming back there again.

Cons:

Location was bad, there was so much traffic and it took us nearly 50 minutes to get into George Town.
The cleanliness of the rooms was very poor. Things were broken, chipped, and rusted, nothing like the pictures. Also, we stayed at the suites and everything was dirty and full of ants. I literally left a cake on the table for 5 minutes and it became the ants’ new house. Also, the floor got chipped away while we were just stepping out of the washroom.
The breakfast was limited and small, but that was the most decent thing there it was okay.
Lastly, the bedsheets had yellow stains inside, it looked disgusting and I have a feeling it hasn’t been changed since they opened.
Would never come back again to this hotel or recommend it for anyone, as it ruined our experience in Penang.

A comfortable and pleasant stay in Penang. Would definitely consider staying here again. 😊
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel was also conveniently located, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The luggage pick-up arrangement during checkout could be improved. Unlike check-in, where we could conveniently drop off our luggage at the entrance, during checkout the car has to go through the parking exit and tap the Touch ’n Go card just to access the hotel entrance. It would be much more convenient if guests could briefly drive to the entrance for luggage pick-up without having to go through the parking gate.
