From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Overall it was a great experience. The room was clean, modern, and had an amazing city view.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, especially during check-in and check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Penang.

Pros:

The room is clean

Cons:

At check out, the staff refused to issue an invoice for me even I had insisted many times. I even told her that it wasn’t my first time staying at that hotel. She refused to do it and told me to ask booking.com for the invoice. It was absolutely frustrating and wasted my time to chase the invoice as I was traveling for work.

In overall, it was a very comfortable stay with friendly staff and ample parking space.

Pros:

My favorite hotel each time I come to Penang. Love the comfy bed, fluffy pillows. Friendly staff. I booked the room for our wedding anniversary at a very last minute, about 3 hours before arrival..to my surprise the room was ready with a welcoming anniversary deco… really make our day special.
There are 24 hours “mamak” restaurant nearby and a few eateries… very convenient.

Cons:

Nil. No complaint.
