It is ok for just sleeping for one night!

The whole hotel needs renovation. Starting from the garage it felt like a grave. The system of the hotel was a bit strange. At the pictures everything looks great, but in reality it looks the same but very old! The staff were not really talky so I did not receive a lot of info about anything.

Das Personal war freundlich beim CheckIn

Ich habe das Hotel gebucht, bevor ich die Bewertungen gelesen hatte – sonst hätte ich mich vermutlich für eine andere Unterkunft entschieden. Für meine zweitägige Geschäftsreise war die Lage praktisch, und da ich tagsüber ohnehin unterwegs war, musste ich dort nur die Nächte verbringen.

Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert. Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen wurde mir sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade vom gebuchten Einzelzimmer auf ein Doppelzimmer angeboten, da mein ursprünglich vorgesehenes Zimmer bei dieser Wetterlage wohl nicht empfehlenswert gewesen wäre.

Leider befindet sich das Hotel insgesamt in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Teppichböden sind fleckig, abgenutzt und wirken ungepflegt. Die Möbel sind stark verschlissen, an vielen Stellen abgeplatzt und beschädigt. Farbe blättert ab, Ecken und Kanten sind abgestoßen, und insgesamt macht das Gebäude einen deutlich heruntergewirtschafteten Eindruck.

Auf den Fluren hängt ein unangenehmer Geruch, der stark an alten Zigarettenrauch erinnert. Auch im Zimmer war dieser Geruch trotz offensichtlicher Versuche, ihn zu überdecken, nach einiger Zeit deutlich wahrnehmbar. Es entsteht der Eindruck, dass das Haus früher ein Raucherhotel war und sich der Geruch bis heute in Teppichen und Einrichtung festgesetzt hat.

Das Badezimmer war zwar gereinigt, wirkte aber aufgrund des Alters und der starken Abnutzung wenig einladend.

Zusätzlich war die Klimaanlage sehr laut. Es gab keinerlei Möglichkeit, die Lautstärke oder Leistung individuell zu regulieren, sodass sie die ganze Zeit auf demselben störenden Niveau lief. Gerade nachts war das sehr unangenehm.

Letztlich habe ich mich so unwohl gefühlt, dass ich noch am ersten Abend gegen 23 Uhr ausgecheckt und mir kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel gesucht habe. Dabei ging es nicht nur um den Zustand des Hauses – ich habe mich dort tatsächlich unwohl und teilweise sogar regelrecht angeekelt gefühlt.
