Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, ich empfand meine Matratze zu hart und habe sofort einen Topper bekommen. Überall zuvorkommend, richtig tolles Frühstück Buffet. Fenster sind schalldicht.

In unserem Falle war es das Geld nicht wert.

Cons:

Klimaanlage ging nicht. Zimmer lag voll in der Sonne direkt über dem Eingang in der zweiten Etage unf Richtung sehr lauter Hauptstraße. Daher war es mit offenem Fenster sehr laut. Das Bad war sehr in dienJahre gekommen.
Wir hatten ein qualitativ sehr tolles Abendessen im Hotel, preislich allerdings sehr gehoben.

The hotel was extremely nice aswell as the service in the bar, however, the resturant service was very disappointing.

The hotel was very nice and everything was perfect. The rooms were nice and the hotel bar was amazing with great service.

Cons:

During our visit, we visited the restaurant in the hotel. This restaurant visit really redirected our perspective on this hotel and disappointed us immensely. We kindly asked for a table for 6 people and we were told that they didn’t have enough space for us. We were very confused as we clearly saw all the empty tables behind them. We then kindly asked if they had any suggestions for other restaurants in the area. They then changed their mind and told us to wait 5 minutes to get a table. When we entered the restaurant, we were sat on a table inside but kindly asked if there was any possibility that we could sit outside. We were told that there wasn’t space even though we clearly saw all the empty tables and chairs which could easily be moved together. We then ordered our food which felt very rushed as we felt like the workers just wanted to get off their shift and go home. All this negativity ruined our visit in the restaurant and disappointed us immensely. We chose to get out of there quickly and spend the rest of our night in the bar, where we were also served desert by a nice waiter. Overall, our restaurant visit really ruined our experience and has made it clear for us that there are better options for us to choose in the future.

Aufenthalt entsprach voll den Erwartungen an ein Hotel der Kette Vierjahreszeiten
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen und alle unsere Wünsche bei der Buchung erfüllt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Auswahl groß. Der kleine Fitnessraum/ Sauna mit Terrasse und Blick auf die Zugspitze gefällt zu jeder Tageszeit.

Cons:

Die Garage ist recht teuer und konnte man sich sparen, da einige Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel zur Verfügung standen. Die Klimaanlage war etwas schwerfällig bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum könnte etwas freundlicher und aufmerksamer sein, dass wurde aber durch den netten Koch beim Omelett noch gerettet,
