La ubicación.
El personal del desayuno que quita los platos antes que termines de desayunar.
La situation géographique de l'hôtel.

Le monsieur de l'accueil qui travaille l'après-midi était sympa.
Chambre mal insonorisé, on entends tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir.
La propreté de la chambre, le ménage n'était pas bien fait. A notre arrivée il y avait de la poussière au sol et surtout en dessous des lits.
Les jours suivants la dame de ménage a fait uniquement la chambre (pas la salle de bain) rapidement et ce n'était pas très bien fait non plus. Elle passe un coup rapidement au sol sans se soucier de si c'est bien fait ou pas et sans passer le balai en dessous des lits.
Fuite d'eau dans les toilettes à cause du bidet.
Le petit déjeuner peu de choix classique (pas de vienoiseries, ni d'omelette).

We hebben een kapot babykot gekregen. heb dit meermaals gevraagd om te veranderen dit hebben ze uiteindelijk niet gedaan. super onveilig voor baby. Ze bieden excursies aan maar de prijzen zuigen ze uit hun duim. ontbijt was super goed! hygiene in kamer was minder. we kwamen aan in het hotel en er waren haren in het bed. bedden zagen er ook vuil uit. eerste dag kregen we geen water twee dag was er wel water aanwezig.
Location is good but there are plenty other options nearby.
Rooms are really small, I won’t recommend anyone to book any room.
I stayed in deluxe and it was smaller than premier in UK standard room.
Staff is unprofessional, disrespectful, and always there to scam you.

This property is located very near to important locations but there are many other hotels as well like Ritus, Blue hotel etc.
This was my second time at this property, last time my stay was neutral but I thought to give them another chance. But from day one, their behaviour and attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. All the people on the reception try to scam you. I have experienced myself and observed with other customer. I wish I could have taken the picture of that particular guy who has no sense of customer service and no fear of anyone. They charged me extra and manager apologised me to compensate me afterwards, when I went for update , no one was ready to help. Language barrier is the worst thing there. But I think they speak English when they want, otherwise they don’t. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to book this hotel. This is my first hand and person l experience. I am going to escalate this future to tourism department in Turkey and also will try and find out any hotel association etc.

The location is the best part of this hotel because you have the most important cultural spots at walking distance.
Photos are good so I wasn't expecting it to be different but it is true that rooms are small and breakfast was a bit disappointing

The location was superb, just 7mins by walk from blue mosque and sultanahmet square.
