Excellent location and facilities.
Pros:

Lovely clean hotel situated 10 minutes from krakow square.
Rooms are comfortable.
Staff are very helpful, breakfast was super with good variety.
Hotel bar was cosy and open to midnight every night.

Pros:

We really loved the location of this hotel. It was very close to both the city center and the main train station. The breakfast was really good, and we also appreciated the water dispenser on every floor-so convenient!

Aamupala oli loistava ja monipuolinen. Vesiautomaatit käytävillä, juomavettä ei tarvinnut ostaa kaupasta. Hyvät sängyt ja tyynyt.

Cons:

Huone oli suoraan junaraiteille päin ja junia kulki aika tiheään. Nukkuessa piti olla korvatulpat ettei  junan ääniin herää.

La gentilezza del personale alla reception, la pulizia e la posizione. Il primo giorno abbiamo comunicato che nn avremmo fatto colazione perché alle h 6,00 avevamo L escursione e la ragazza bionda ci ha fatto trovare 2 sacchetti da asporto con la colazione senza che noi le avessimo chiesto. Un altra chicca fantastica che nei corridoi trovavi gli erogatori dell’ acqua gasata o liscia. Beh che dire è stato tutto perfetto. Lo consiglierò.👍
