Average but it was convenient
Pros:

Location, overall room was okay and what we expected but the bathroom facilities were poor.
Shower created so much spray that the whole room was soaked but we still couldn’t get a hot shower.

Cons:

Breakfast was quantity over quality.
I asked for a black Americano as it was listed on the separate menu but was told I couldn’t have one.
I was directed to the coffee urn on the buffet instead.

Mainly enjoyed
Pros:

Spacious room due to an upgrade, thank you, pleasant surroundings inside and out, ie: bar area. Good breakfast. Bar menu good selection.

Cons:

Decor of bedrooms could do with an upgrade to being as stated a four star hotel. Due to number of people staying at the hotel, restaurant in the evening was extremely busy and noisy, we were put right in the middle of a group of golfers, I asked to be moved to a quieter table down at the end but was told 'no' due to table not being set up, I don't think this would of really mattered. My brother-in-law kept getting bashed as people kept walking behind him as one of the group of golfers pushed their tables together. Just slightly ruined the evening.

Restful, very clean
Pros:

Breakfast was really good adult beds were really comfy . Hotel was quiet . Pool was good

Cons:

Pop up beds weren’t comfortable but ok for one night . Menu for restaurant wasnt family friendly , bar menu limited so had to eat out with children.

We chose the hotel as it was near to the wedding we were attending.
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast or dinner so cannot comment on that.

Cons:

The room's colour scheme was a bit dull but everything else was fine.

Did what it needed for a basic stay, but the dining and room quality need improvement.
Pros:

Good breakfast, a nice foyer lounge area, and a small working space. The hotel features a pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. It also offers easy access and is generally well-situated.

Cons:

While the staff were lovely, the property and dining fell short. The room felt a little shabby in some areas, and the restaurant and bar food was mediocre at best. At around £20 per main meal, the quality was a real letdown -comparable to, or perhaps slightly below, Wetherspoons standard, but at a much higher price point.

Very good stay although some some training is required
Pros:

Very good value for 1 nights D, B and B 👍

Cons:

Evening meal main course dirty plates not collected - had to ask someone to do this after waiting at least 20 minutes. Then when retired to room we had a rude telephone call from staff asking us to come and pay for drinks as they hadn’t got our card details to auto charge it. That wasn’t our fault as we weren’t asked to give that at check in. Also No staff person came to ask us to pay for drinks at the evening meal when there was plenty of time for that to happen. We paid for the drinks on check out the next morning as we were intending to do, and as we assumed that would be the normal thing to do in a hotel.
