Cons:

Uncomfortable pillows, noisy fridge, had to unplug it. My emails to the hotel prior to my visit were never answered

Very nice.
Pros:

There was not an included breakfast. No problem for us, had an early flight. Good bar. Bar food and drinks good.

Cons:

We would have loved to have had a pizza and bottle of wine delivered to the room, too tired to move! No room service. When my husband went down to do it himself, it was so busy he gave up. Once again, no worries, less calories, better sleep. 😂

A comfortable and well-run airport hotel that turned a difficult travel situation positive
Pros:

We stayed here unexpectedly after having to leave another accommodation and the hotel was a real lifeline. The staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing us to pay for an early check-in and storing our luggage before our room was available. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the hotel provided exactly what we needed after a stressful day. The complimentary shuttle bus to and from Rome Fiumicino Airport runs every 15 minutes and was excellent. Although some areas of the hotel are a little dated, everything was clean, comfortable and well organised.

Cons:

Some areas of the hotel are beginning to feel a little dated and could benefit from refurbishment, but this did not affect our stay.
