A EVITER, HOTEL A RENOVER COMPLETEMENT

L'accueil du personnel et sa compréhension devant les problèmes rencontrés.

Cons:

Nous étions deux couples pour 2 chambres. Lors de l'entrée dans la 1ére chambre celà sentait l'humidité et la clim soufflait du chaud. Pour la seconde chambre, la clim coulait l'eau. Nous avons récupéré deux nouvelles chambres mais pas beaucoup mieux. Elles sentent l'humidité, la clim marche mal, la propreté laisse à désirer et les chambres sont à rénover. Bref à éviter

Douchecabine was niet hygiënisch. Vensterbank bij raam lag vol met dode vliegen. Heel klein kamertje. Ontbijt op zijn Frans. Geen informatie over restaurants, eigen restaurant was ook dicht. Te duur.

Moisissure dans les plinthes de salle de bain dans les chambres la clim ne fonctionne pas a 41 degrés de température extérieure insalubrité inacceptable nous sommes partis un jous avant et le reste du temps nous avons dormi ailleurs Car la chaleur dans la chambre était insupportable je suis une personne a mobilité réduite la première chambre qui nous ont donné qui était PMR était aussi insalubrité et ils nous ont changé de chambre après qui n'était pas PMR mais qui était aussi insalubrité je ne comprends pas sa fait plus de 10 ans qu'on réserve par Booking ont n'a jamais était déçu le responsable de campagnile Franque ville Saint Pierre ma dit que Lui ne pouvait pas me rembourser et qu'il fallait que je me retourne vers vous et qu'il fermé définitivement à la fin du mois étant très bon client booking j'espère avoir un remboursement merci monsieur choukroun Thierry et
