Zeer kleine kamer. Heel warm op de kamer. Airco werkt totaal niet. Als het op koelen stond en op 15 graden of minder kwam er warme lucht uit. Hele zware donsdeken

The staff was outstanding, the room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was excellent with a good selection.
Pros:

The staff was outstanding. Sophie was willing to go above and beyond when we thought we were going to be late. We appreciated her dedication to service.

Pros:

Facile d'accès et bien indiqué. Personnel agréable, chambre propre et confortable, avec le necessaire pour se faire une boisson chaude au besoin. Beau espaces de rangement également, avec un oreiller mit à disposition.
Nous avons passé une agréable nuit.

Cons:

Isolation accoustique des chambres un peu faible. Nous avons eut un peu de bruit dans la soirée, mais très calme la nuit.

Pros:

The 2 ladies I met on reception were lovely. Changed the room from 29 to no 7 as my mother is nearly 101 years of age & couldn't walk that far. The room was lovely comfy. Breakfast was good value for the price. I will definitely be visiting again on my way back yo UK. Many thanks.

Cons:

The drive from Calais to the hotel was a bit country roads. Wouldn't like doing it at night. But that my personal dislike.
