J avais sélectionné les offres incluant le petit déjeuner, ce qui n' a pas été validé
J ai réservé un lit double et obtenu deux petits lits de 90.
Les toilettes et la salle de bain n étaient pas propres
La réceptionniste n a pas apprécies mes remarques, a refusé d apposer la mention manuelle "acquittée" sur ma facture argant qu elle ne ferait pas pour moi ce qu elle ne faisait pas pour les autres dans un français approximatif. Je lui ai dit que je ne reviendrai plus , que son accueil était " charmant" ( ironie), elle m a renvoyé " tout comme vous, s est levée et a quitté la réception en me laissant en plan.

Alors vous comprendrez ma totale insatisfaction
Je peux vous fournir des photos pour étayer mes propos concernant la propreté de la chambre et la saleté du aux travaux pour y accéder
