Quarto lindo, confortável, chuveiro com cortina (raro na Islândia, onde quase tudo é aberto), ótimo café da manhã e boa localização.

Cold water in the shower
Pros:

Nice view from the hotel room with a stunning church
Good quality of coffee
Free access to hot bath

Cons:

The water in the shower room is COLD.
My husband showered half way, the water turned cold. We called reception who came to tell us to wait for 10min to use.
When my son to shower 15min later, the water was one moment warm and one moment cold
This is really non acceptable for such a 3 star hotel

Modernes Hotel, sauber und freundlichen Personal.
Pros:

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit getrennten Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Zu schade für nur eine Übernachtung.
Super hilfsbereites Personal dass auf unsere Sonderwünsche schnell reagiert hatte.
Lage für nahe gelege Exkursionen nach Hverir, Dettifoss, Krafla ideal.

Tolle Gegend, tolles Hotel, schöne Zeit.
Pros:

Es ist gut gelegen für Ausflüge ins Umland. Toll ist der Hot pot. Das Zimmer ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr schön zusammengestellt in einem sehr schönem Ambiente.

Cons:

Es gibt hier nichts zu benennen.

Nuestro mejor alojamiento en Islandia
Pros:

La habitación es muy bonita, súper cómoda. El hotel está decorado con muy buen gusto y tiene una zona de jacuzzi de agua termal exterior. Por la noche, si lo solicitas, tienen la amabilidad de llamar a la habitación si hay aurora boreal visible (tuvimos suerte de verla en abril). El restaurante preparaba platos deliciosos.

Modern und sauber, Frühstück sehr gut. Zimmerlage im Haus beachten!

Einrichtung und Lage sehr gut, Frühstück sehr fein. Nettes Personal und saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

„Leider“ zwei Hotpools im Innenhof; wenn man das Zimmer daneben hat, kann es lange abends laut sein und die Hotpoolgäste blicken direkt ins Zimmer rein. Beim buchen vielleicht angeben, um anderes Zimmer zu reservieren.

Größe des Badezimmers war top, nette kleine Terasse mit Blick aufs Lavafeld, genug Platz für alle Koffer😊

Cons:

Leider hat die Toilettenspülung von 19.00 bis zum morgen nicht funktioniert fast im ganzen Hotel, war nicht so witzig.....
Und man hatte vergessen das Zimmer für die dritte Person ( Schlafcouch und Badzubehör) vorzubereiten.

Pros:

Located at the edge of the lava fields and close to the lake with easy access to the surrounding area. Interestingly the only hotel on a 10 day trip that had a human check in receptionist and wasn't accessed by codes and key boxes! Lovely interior design and enormous room (triple) which was beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and bathroom that had a seperate shower and bath area. Buffet breakfast with a good variety of produce (try the lava bread which is delicious) and also serves as a restaurant in the evening. There are hot tubs which are not mentioned on their site.
