Bien placer , grande chambre

Cons:

Les femmes de ménage qui parle comme si elles étaient seuls au matin , aucun respect on pensait pouvoir se reposer et bien pas du tout du coup nous sommes partis plus tôt . Rien que pour sa je n’y retournerais pas , et la galère pour le parking on en parle même pas avec les codes qui n’allait pas on est rester bloquer une paire de fois dans le parking.
Donc très décevant au prix du parking et de la nuit d’hôtel .

On nous a fait payer l'hôtel et le stationnement sans nous prévenir qu'une panne de clim général dans toutes les chambres.
On s'est retrouvé avec des températures entre 27 et 30 degrés dans les chambres
J'ai demandé un geste commercial et on m'a dit qu'il faut s'adresser par mail je n'ai jamais eu de retour vers ce qu'on appelle sur le numéro indiqué sur la carte on tombe directement sur la messagerie
Par contre à l'accueil il y avait bien la clim pour accueillir les clients.

NEVER AGAIN! Horrible, uncomfortable, poor attitude

The attitude of the staff. I was told when I arrived that I could not stay in the hotel unless I had my parents permission because I am 17, however when I booked in, this was not mentioned at all. The staff tried to charge me tax because they thought I had accidentally pressed child even though they saw my ID which clearly states my age. When my mother sent an email stating permission, I was told this wasn't good enough without her ID (which they never told me to provide). We were then given the wrong key for the room which led us into someone else's room with their stuff in (very dangerous)! When I reported this, I wasn't believed, and when I was still given the exact same key just with a new number scribbled on. Throughout these incidents, the staff were standing whispering and laughing with each other, making my partner and I feel very uncomfortable. The toilet didn't flush whatsoever for a while 3 days, and the shower was very difficult to turn on and would either be freezing cold or extremely hot. On the doorstep of the hotel, people who seemed dodgy would always sit there and stare at you as you walk past. This wasn't nice. We were not offered any fresh toilet roll, only once were our bins cleaned because we asked them to be. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a cold and nasty atmosphere from the staff. I will NOT be returning, neither will I recommend this hotel to anyone. I am beyond APPALLED at the treatment from the staff, especially considering I payed for a superior king room, but even so, manners cost nothing. I have nothing good to say. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!
