Pros:

The location of the hotel was very good especially for going to the airport.
The room was large, clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately when we came to check in the service was very slow.
Despite agreeing a check in time we were kept waiting for over 30 minutes. Despite being informed it would be 10 minutes.
I tried to order room service but nobody answered. Despite many attempts.
I contacted Reception who told me they would get room service to contact and they didn't.
This was disappointing as on previous stays at the Movenpick it has always been very good.
