Otelde harika bir 2 hafta geçirdik, gelecekte Waltham'a gelirsek yine burada kalacağız.
Pros:

Otelin resepsiyonundaki personeller çok ilgiliydi ve her türlü konuda bana destek oldular. Odalar ferah ve temizdi, çok memnun kaldık ve rahat ettik. Kahvaltı da çok lezzetliydi. Otelde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

University Drop off.
Pros:

Room and bed size. The front desk staff was helpful and professional. The free breakfast had an excellent omelet station. It was also conveniently located near my son's university, making drop-off easier for me.

Cons:

When I first checked in, I was assigned a room that had an unpleasant odor. Thankfully, Emanuel at the front desk responded immediately, and I didn't have to wait long for a better room.

Not much

Cons:

They dont clean your room if you stay on certain days of the week. A/C makes a lot of noise (like a truck engine) in the room when turned on. Very small room with no A/C to eat Breakfast, people were on top of each other.

Comfortable hotel
Pros:

Nice quiet location and plenty of free parking. Breakfast ends early, not ideal for the jet lagged. We had a suite with a sofa bed for our child. The bathroom could use some attention as the door was swollen and couldn’t be shut all the way. Otherwise very good accommodation and good value.

Room for improvement.
Pros:

Convenient location to nearby convention. Calm quiet neighborhood. Simple but clean rooms. Satisfied with breakfast. Disappointed in check in process and the way it was handled by front desk. WiFi was so unreliable and problematic I couldn’t use it.

Lobby and first floor halls stunk like cooking grease and old food from likely poor ventilation in breakfast area.
