Staff were pleasant and the cost of the room was ok compared to downtown Boston.
Breakfast items were not enough constantly running out. The omlette station had a 30 minute wait. There were no seats in the breakfast area very overcrowded and poor selection. The hotel is a bit old and shows signs of aging and needing touch up renovation. I would skip this hotel next time and prefer residence inn by Marriott for overall better quality. The only good thing is parking was free but the bedroom and living room for a 1 bedroom king suite was very small and overpriced.

The staff were some of the most friendly and helpful I've encountered at any hotel stay. My room was clean and the hotel itself was easy to get to.
Room AC didn't work properly. It was stuffy and the AC unit was very loud. It also dripped condensation onto the carpet in front of the entry door.

Mit dem Auto kamen wir gut nach Boston (40 Min). Supermarkt 5 Min (riesig wie Wal Mart mit warmer Essen-Auswahl zB Pizza, Burger, Hühnchen).
Zimmer roch stark nach Rauch, am ersten Tag keine Reinigung, TV defekt, wurde aber sofort repariert.
Very friendly employees, clean and modern rooms, kitchen was classy. The lobby food, drink and supply area had everything I needed.

There is a free shuttle into Waltham but we preferred to drive to Riverside or Alewife where trains were far more frequent to get us into the city.

Rooms were quiet and spacious. Friendly front desk staff.
The overall facility is shopworn. Hallway carpets are stained and worn and the hallways have a cooking odor. Breakfast was very basic. The tables were sticky. For the price, it would have been nice to have bottled water in the room, or at least a vending machine on each floor. You have to go to the front desk to purchase water.
