They overbooked and had air conditioning issues resulting in them moving us to another hotel. After working a 12 hour day then driving 3 1/2 hours, this was not how we expected to end the day. It took another hour, plus driving more to relocate. Horrible experience!

Hyatt House exceeded our expectations!
Pros:

Hyatt House was an excellent place to stay. While the lobby and common areas were just average, the room itself was exceptionally clean. It smelled clean, looked clean, and was very nice. The beds were comfortable, it was obvious that not only the sheets and pillow cases, but all bedding was fresh. The bathrooms were very clean. The breakfast was good. This is in a safe location. Parking was included. Close to everything. We will stay here again!

The Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet had a good variety and well stocked.

Cons:

There was a $15.00 charge for parking that was waived if you join a loyalty program. Parking should be included with the stay.

Hyatt House for the win!🏆
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Hyatt House Parsippany/Whippany. My stay was brief but relaxing. The rooms were HUGE and the kitchen rivaled my kitchen at home.
I truly loved the whole space and full kitchen. The shower was spa like.

Breakfast was solid, and they have an in-house store with beer, wine, frozen meals, Hagan Daaz etc. Much more than a normal hotel. In addition, the hotel is 100 yards to a Wegman’s supermarket with prepared foods and full wine shop. A Panera, Capital Grill and Seasons 52 are all within walking distance.

The courtyard is great with a big size pool. You feel like you are on a mini vacation while staying at the Hyatt House. Most of all the staff is truly excellent. Alejandra Mejia was very accommodating to us and made us feel at home. She is a true asset to Hyatt.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!

My overall experience at the Hyatt House Parsippany/Whippany definitely exceeded my expectations, largely thanks to the incredible team on-site.

Right from the start, Alejandra and Ericka were amazing front desk hosts. Their warmth, kindness, and professionalism stood out immediately and set a fantastic tone for the stay. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, but it is truly the staff that makes this property special.

The exceptional service even extended past our checkout. My brother unfortunately left his keys behind at the hotel. Gennaro "Jerry" Duva, the Assistant General Manager, has been incredibly helpful, proactive, and communicative about coordinating and mailing them back to us.

It is rare to find a team that provides such seamless, outstanding care from check-in to post-stay logistics. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!
