Spacious and clean accommodations
We traveled with our adult kids. It was nice to have a room that had two bedrooms and two baths and a small kitchenette with a small living area. We were all able to fit comfortably and hang out together.
The property was full, which is fine. But, when full, it doesn't have the capacity to handle guests at breakfast. It was a zoo in the breakfast area. The staff couldn't fill the food containers to keep up with the demand. Plates, forks, bowl, knives were missing. Just not what one expects from a Hyatt.
In the one of the bathrooms, the shower didn't work the way it was supposed to: upon lifting the device that directs water from the bottom outlet to the shower above, only half the stream would go up. A huge waste of water below and a forceless shower stream above. Net result: it took twice the time it usually takes to shower.
The floors in the entrance and elevator could have been vacuumed.
Many empty garbage boxes in hallway near kitchen area.
No notification about pool not working when booked the room

Great location and fabulous rooms/suite with amazing seating area.
The only minor issues are:
- The lack of electric kettle in the room/suite.
- The amount of one use disposable utensils such as plastic cups and plates, defeats the environmental sustainability objectives.
Quiet room, very comfortable bed, nice kitchen with an electric range and nice size refrigerator. Good laundry room.
Hotel had space my my whole family. They had a pool and a bar that sold quick food.
Got there early and still had to wait hours for my room. Trying to grab food while waiting and couldn't find something close to he hotel.
