Hôtel jolie, personnel très sympathique. Cependant vérifier bien votre chambre

Établissement très bien placé, plutôt jolie comme hôtel

Cons:

Quand nous avons réservé, c’était pour une chambre supérieure, lors de notre arrivée (10 minutes avant) la chambre n’était pas prête et on nous a donc donné une autre chambre, sauf que la chambre ne correspondait pas au photo, nous pensons que nous avons eu une chambre standard. Or la chambre réservé était une chambre supérieure. Nous trouvons ça dommage de payer plus cher pour avoir une chambre moins chère

Very good and deffo a 4 star hotel as it was very surprising it’s advertised as a 2 star

Carlos by the pool was a top man
Very clean and lovely balcony in the room

Cons:

Pool didn’t open till 12 is the only constructive criticism as we like to have a dip in the pool when we wake up with a coffee on holiday

The location was perfect, the rooms were a bit small, when I made the reservation two months ago I asked for the room to be quiet because I have trouble sleeping, but when I arrived they offered us a room where you had no privacy and by the bar where you didn't even have the opportunity to open the window as the bar was open until 01:00 in the middle of the night, and I was forced to sleep one night despite my earlier request, the staff was very polite, as well as the cleaning at the right level,

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und es wurde immer nachgelegt. Das gebuchte Standardzimmer war sehr sauber und relativ ruhig gelegen.

Cons:

Die Terrasse und die Bar sind sehr schön eingerichtet aber 10 Euro für 0,5 l Bier vom Fass sind mehr als absolut überteuert.

Great location and incredible breakfast stole the show!
Pros:

Breakfast was incredible, room was comfortable although bed was very hard (my husband loved it).

Property was somewhat noisy but that's to be expected in such a busy location. Rooftop pool and bar area was beautiful and fun. Front desk and breakfast staff were amazing and helpful. Location and breakfast were the highlights here.

Cons:

One rooftop bar staff member was clearly not happy to be there any of the nights we visited. We observed him repeatedly making guests feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The other two more than made up for it and we mostly ignored the rude one where possible.

Pros:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner etait très bien avec des produits frais. L emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville. Je recommande vivement cette établissement. Je reviendrais avec plaisir.

Overall good if bring ear plugs and hope our housekeeping issue was a one off!
Pros:

Location is great if like this part of town which we did. Rooms spacious with dual windows and a kettle and fridge yay! Bathroom great.

Cons:

Very noisy Fri and Sat nights with revellers and every day and night with ambulance sirens due to nearby hospital. But biggest annoyance was that cleaner came into room when we had Do Not Disturb on door when we went out. Very annoying and they didn't even empty the bathroom bins either. Left us feeling 'off' about what would have otherwise been a good stay and possible return. Oh and pillows are terrible!!
