Il y a 5 ans on était sur le Campanile de st Martin à Cergy bien mieux entretenu
Salle de déjeuner non climatisée...tables extérieures très sales, inutilisables pour le petit déjeuner

Jj appel à 14h00 pour DEMANDER comment récupérer la clé codes etc . ET LA le chargé de clientèle m informé que suite à un problème informatique la chambre n est pas disponible ! Super!!!! Il me dit y a plus de places dans l hotel à 1430 !!!! Quel professionnalisme !!! Donc j ai du trouvé un autre hôtel rapidement le mercure qui eux ont su me trouver une solution voilà le pourquoi du 1 si j avais pu mettre 0 j l aurai mis
