Exzellente Unterkunft mit Privatstrand

Cons:

Beim Auschecken ein übellauniger und unhöflicher Vorgesetzter an der Rezeption. Das steht in krassem Widerspruch zu den sehr freundlichen und professionellen Rezeptionistinnen und dem Niveau des Hauses.

Exceptional Hotel

My wife and I stayed here from 4th June - 11th June.2026

Our vacation started at the airport where we we met by one of the hotels ever smiling drivers and within 10 minutes were at the hotel. The reception staff were equally as welcoming with huge smiles and the check-in was swift and they provided us with general information on the hotels amenities and also the timetable for the free coach service they have available. We used this extensively during our stay to visit Salerno centre and also the 2 ferry docks for trips along the Amalfi coast and Capri.

The rooms was large, airy and exceptionally clean and that cleanliness was maintained throughout our stay.

There is a pool with a bar for snacks, drinks etc but the best feature for us was their private beach which is 50 yards away and has sunbeds, umbrellas etc and their are also showers and toilet facilities which were all maintained to the same levels of cleanliness as the hotel.

For breakfast there was a wide array of options available. Coffee lovers will appreciate a real Barista serving your perfect cup with a smile.

The main restaurant in the garden was excellent, with a wide range of local and regional dishes catering for all tastes.

Overall the hotel deserves more than it's 4 stars, it's more like a "Boutique Hotel" that would fit in perfectly in Miami or Marbella.

Highly recommended and we are already planning our next visit.

Ein netter Aufenthalt für eine Nacht.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen tollen Pool und eine hervorragende Küche, auch an der Poolbar. Abends sehr schön beleuchtet. Das Frühstück ist für Süditalien sehr gut und der Cappuccino ist Weltklasse.

Cons:

Die Strandbar war leider geschlossen.
Der Kellner Paolo war eine Katastrophe und hat das hervorragend Nachtessen echt ruiniert.

Hotel nowoczesny i elegancki. Pokój wygodny i urządzony komfortowo. Codziennie sprzątany. Śniadania są dosyć bogate, a kawa serwowana przez obsługę przepyszna (duży wybór kaw). Bogaty wybór dań w restauracji podczas kolacji, szczególnie ryby i owoce morza. Dużym atutem hotelu jest prywatna plaża z leżakami. Kilka razy dziennie jest darmowy bus do stacji kolejowej oraz portu w Salerno. Personel zawsze uśmiechnięty i bardzo pomocny. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w tym hotelu.

Cons:

Hotel jest usytuowany trochę na uboczu, około 12 km od Salerno. Taksówka z Salerno kosztuje 50- 60 €.
W pobliżu brak sklepów, kawiarni czy restauracji.

Viešbutis iš esmės labai nuostabus, bet yra keletas dalykų kurie šiek tiek nuvylė. Pusryčiai galėtų būti platesnio pasirinkimo, arba dažniau keistis patiekalai. Atrodo kai kurie ingridientai pasenė. Pvz agurkai/pomidorai apdžiuve. Radome Majonezo visą indą duota pusryčiams pasibaigusiu galiojimu virš mėnesio laiko.

Cons:

Personalas galėtų būti šiek tiek atidesnis. Bei čia leidžiama organizuoti vakarėlius, tų žmonių kurie nėra šiaip viešbučio klientai, ir tie vakarėliai labai garsus. Nakti toks jausmas jog miegi naktiniame klube. Tikrai neprideda poilsio, o dar kai apsistoji su vaikais, jiems nakties miegas išvis labai svarbus. Iš esmės tikrai geras viešbutis, tvarkingas, švarus, puikus shuttle autobusas, paslaugūs personalas.

Cons:

Huoneen sijainti kellarissa oli ala -arvoista. Huoneessa ei ollut edes ikkunaa, vain ovi auringottomalle terassille.

Boa estadia de frente para praia
Pros:

O hotel é muito confortável, bonito, novo, moderno, limpo, muito bom café da manhã, boa comida do restaurante, tem um lounge exclusivo de frente para a praia, estacionamento seguro, bar na piscina com sorvetes e crepes.

Cons:

As acomodações do hotel são ótimas a única coisa que nos deixou muito chocados foi as atitudes de dois garçons, que pareciam os que organizavam o restaurante. Eles foram rudes, debochados, prepotentes, arrogantes, e deixaram bem claro que não davam a mínima para nosso grupo, e a intenção deles, por incrível que pareça, era de nos aborrecer. Só pra exemplificar… após um de nós ter feito pedido para o jantar, eles retornam à nossa mesa para informar, depois de uns 15minutos, que não havia mais pizza de cebola, sendo que em duas mesas próximas a nossa, estavam recebendo pizzas…
A cara de deboche deles em nos servir era algo surreal…. Sentimos que esses senhores já deveriam estar aposentados. Enfim… relatei o ocorrido às funcionárias da recepção; que por sinal, são ótimas, educadas, atenciosas, e elas ficaram de levar adiante nosso total descontentamento com esses dois elementos do restaurante.
Tenho certeza que a resposta do hotel será de lamentar o ocorrido com a gente e esperar que em um futuro próximo voltemos a nos hospedar com eles.. mas sinceramente esse dois senhores deveriam ser dispensados para que isso ocorra futuramente.
