Enjoyable
Pros:

Location is great, close to tram stop, casino, train station.
We found heaps of good food around the area too

Cons:

You could hear the trains, trams and traffic quite clearly, but its melbourne so its all part of the experience and as mentioned the location and convenience of having all of the above right there out ways I think.

The front desk staff member working on the afternoon of our check-in was extremely unwelcoming. He made us feel as though we were an inconvenience, and his attitude ultimately had a negative impact on our overall experience.

Original staff member who checked us in was so lovely and friendly.

Cons:

Pool and spa facilities felt grubby. The railing leading to the pool was broken. Pool towels were not provided. Our bin was broken. Toilet paper holder was extremely low. Shower did not drain. Mattress was sub par.

Great location, good sized 2 bedroom apartment, lovely staff.

Cons:

The pool is quite run down and needs some TLC. The spa/jacuzzi also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time (dirty tiles)
