Great location, needed some love.
Pros:

A fantastic location between two major train stations. You can hear the trains but it didn't bother me. Great cafes nearby, good tour pickup spot, and proximity to all the major sites in the CBD.

Cons:

The appliances needed a little care, as the dryer was broken, the top rack of the dishwasher didn't slide out and the heater (on high fan) made a rather annoying noise. The pool and hot tub were ice cold.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. While the location is convenient, the customer service let the experience down significantly.

The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and came across as quite rude throughout our stay. I was recovering from an injury and using a walking frame, so I required some assistance. Accessing the car park was difficult, and there was no support offered despite my circumstances. My partner had to manage everything himself, which made what should have been a simple process much more stressful.

The facilities were also not very practical, particularly the access to and from the car park, which was inconvenient and difficult to navigate.

Overall, we did not feel welcomed or supported during our stay. While the location may suit some travellers, the lack of customer service and accessibility means we would not choose to stay here again.

Pros:

The location was great and room was very comfortable. Very happy with my stay and would stay here again.
