Convenient location
Pros:

Convenient location and helpful staff.

Cons:

Room was good sized however the fridge beeped when ever you opened it and there was a slight smell of sewerage coming from the bathroom.

It was easy to get to and nice and clean

Cons:

I wouldn’t say the property itself but it was very noisy with all the trains and trams and people walking outside so possibly needing some soundproofing glass? But I knew this could be a issue with the location

Pros:

Location was excellent.

Cons:

So much dust. The apartment needed a good spring clean. We froze on the first night as the heat pumps were blowing cold air. I advised the receptionist the next day and showed her a photo of the dusty heat pumps filters and she said someone would clean them but that did not happen.

Great stay for our 5oth Wedding Anniversary
Pros:

Close to tram stop for access to outer Melbourne and CBD. Public transport across Victoria was free during stay. An added bonus.
Room tidied every day and garbage removed daily. Staff at reception always friendly

Overall, a great stay and ideal for a weekend away.
Pros:

We stayed here for a girls’ weekend in Melbourne and were really impressed. The hotel offered fantastic value for money and the location made it super easy to get around the city.

Cons:

The only downside was that the pool was quite cold, which was a bit disappointing, but the spa more than made up for it — it was the perfect place to relax and unwind.
