Staff were exceptional - couldn't have done more. A lovely friendly atmosphere. Hotel grounds were beautiful and perfect for an after dinner stroll. We stayed for dinner, bed and breakfast and all meals were superb.

The walk to the room, too many stairs. Ii was in an attic room which was extremely hot

Some of the breakfast items had been sitting out under the heat lamp for a while and were a bit hard and dried out

The lift was not working otherwise excellent facilities, that I did not have time to avail
Lovely building and grounds in great location. The Polush map of scotland in 3d was a bonus. Nice meals and ambience and great staff. V dog friendly. Thank you.

We were on the third floor and the lift was out of order the whole time and my husband has a walking disability so it was very hard the going up and down
Beautiful historic building tucked away in a wonderful setting in the countryside. Staff attentive, helpful and friendly. Food was very good.
It is a very old building and as you would expect it requires a lot of maintenance. Some areas were in need of repair .. the window frame wood was rotting, carpets a bit worn etc
The room was lovely a spacious. Dinner and Breakfast was delicious.
The changing room in swimming pool for ladies, smelled of urine and was not clean.

Lift out of order
The staff all very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately the shower/bath water could not be regulated was very hot so was difficult to shower without burning yourself.
The lounge areas were really good and relaxing. The grounds were beautiful for sitting outside with beautiful views.
There is nothing that I really didn't like.
