I would stay here again nonetheless, I’ll just book a different room type.
Pros:

Overall the hotel is nice and great breakfast and views.

Cons:

I got a better room last time I was there, was a bit disappointed with the partial Seaview apartment? You needed to get out to see the ocean, so for me that is not a partial Seaview.

It started with a very low key and ended up with a very high and excellent key

The best and it meet the expectation

Cons:

the staff that was not willing to understand that we booked according to our expectation. She was telling us the photos on booking.com are wrong! But I was happy that one good staff took us serious and help us to get what we booked for.

Cons:

1. Our room smelled like a wet dog. It was as though the carpets were washed and not given enough time to dry.
One of the rooms even had a big wet slimy looking spot on the carpet.
2. It looked too different from the pictures. What we got was not similar to what we expected based on the images on bookings.com
3. The sliding doors couldn't open. We aren't sure if they were deliberately bolted shut or if they were broken.
4. Reception was really unfriendly. When we asked for information they brushed us off without taking the time to properly help us.

Breakfast was okay, baked beans were very bad. Dinner was very bad and it took the kitchen an hour to bring us our food.

Cons:

Dinner was bad and it took an hour to be ready. Both lady and man were improfessional and rude to me when I was checking in since i told them my apartmwnt was different from what I saw on the booking.com App.

An amazing and unique stay in Cape Town
Pros:

It’s a beachfront property with amazing views to the city of Cape Town, Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean, A+ cleanliness with amazing and detail oriented staff, excellent breakfast buffet (should be paid when booking), excellent restaurants. An unforgettable experience to share with friends and family. For sure will recommend to everyone and will repeat

Cons:

There is hardly any circulation in the apartment.
When i asked for a fan, it took a few hours and me following up to receive it.
I ended up getting my own from family in the city for myself and my family to be comfortable.
Cleaning was very poor
Everyday was something different not being cleaned properly.
Either garbage not cleaned, floor still showing shoe marks, toilet still had hair on the floor. Glass table not even wiped down.

Nice experience at affordable price
Pros:

Beautiful spacious apartment with well resourced kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and lounge. The staff are friendly. The free shuttle service also a good bonus.
