La signora alla reception e le cameriere erano gentili, ma non basta per salvare un hotel dove decisamente non torneremo

Non abbiamo approfondito abbastanza la posizione e leggendo "Hollywood" pensavamo fosse buona. Invece è un brutto quartiere a Nord Hollywood, lontano da tutte le aree interessanti della città e privo di qualsiasi attrattiva turistica. L'hotel condivide l'ingresso col garage. La piscina è minuscola e per accedervi si passa, di nuovo, dall'ingresso del garage. In camera un fancoil vecchissimo e molto rumoroso spara aria condizionata addosso ai letti, ma se si spegne si muore di caldo (le finestre si aprono a fatica e affacciano sui una strada molto trafficata). Pessima esperienza

No me gustó que cobrarán el estacionamiento y terminarán dejándome casi en la calle sin un lugar destinado detrás de otro carro y la alberca estaba súper sucia no me dieron ganas de entrar

Pros:

Every staff member was THE BEST in their attitude and welcoming spirit. Totally appreciated the parking. The breakfast was plentiful and nicely arranged.

Cons:

The pool was not inviting. Due to it's location at the entrance of the garage, it's small size and it was indoor made it appear like display for anyone using the facility.

Pros:

To start with the gentleman that check me In. oh I'm sorry I can't remember his name. Something like Aldam. nevertheless very professional very nice man. My room, breakfast, staff very nice very professional, I thank you all.

Cons:

Not your fault but the area itself needs a little picker up. Oh yes the lighting in the bathroom could be brighter when I shave LOL.

Loud dirty neighborhood. Drug deals and broken glass right outside the property. Sketchy to park around forcing most to have to pay for their hotel parking. Breakfast was gross except the pancakes. Hotel was rundown. Room smelled like chemicals.
