Nunca mais reservo acomodação nesse lugar e não indico
Cons:

Fiz a reserva para 3 pessoas, eu meu marido e meu filho. E chegando no quarto só tinha acomodação para 2 pessoas. Nos ofereceram uma conerta para o nosso filho dormir no chao!!!! Um absurdo. Péssimo.

A very comfortable, safe and friendly place to stay. Good value for money.
Pros:

Location was good, near a subway station and walkable from places we wanted to visit.
The room had two large double beds, nice bedding, quiet, air con and the bathroom was a decent size. All facilities were really good and a high standard of cleanliness. It felt luxurious for the price. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We liked the lemonade and chilled water available in Reception every afternoon, nice touch.

Cons:

Only one of the 2 lifts was in operation, and it would have been nice if the bar/restaurant was functioning.

Una muy buena opción para visitar NYC
Pros:

Las instalaciones y atención de primera calidad! Todo siempre limpio y con buena disposición a nuestros requerimientos por parte del equipo del hotel. Hay muchos locales cruzando la calle para comprar todo lo que necesites a toda hora.

Cons:

Lo único que falló que eramos 4 y siempre nos colocaban 3 toallas, prácticamente todos los días teníamos que pedir ayuda, la cual llegaba rapidamente. El café podría ser hasta las 11 am

Won’t ever tolerate a property that doesn’t answer the phone or act professionally.
Pros:

This property used to be a well managed Hilton Garden Inn.

Now it’s a disaster run by non professionals that don’t even answer the phone.
