Great place to have a roadtrip layover
Pros:

We were traveling with two bikes and the room had a decent amount of space to bring them inside for the night.

Rude Front Desk Manager
Pros:

We originally checked in at their Sister hotel, the Holiday Inn express/suites, there was an issue with the room (ants) so they sent us over to this Holiday Inn Boise airport. The front desk person, Josie -Front Desk Manager , was extremely rude. I asked if we were going to get the same rate and she just started firing back at me. I even told her, I am not being confrontational, I’m simply asking.
Other than that, the room was very nice and very clean. The next morning, checking out, there were different staff at the front desk and they were all very friendly and very nice.
Josie does not project a very positive image for your hotel.

Booking ad incorrect
Pros:

The pool looked nice

Cons:

Couldn’t go in pool. There were 6 screaming kids.
People were loud all night. Banging.
The booking ad said two TVs and sofa bed. There were not two TVs or a side bed

The location is great.

Cons:

The room reserved was a queen suite, but the beds were definitely doubles. The first room the tub was gross and no feet should ever be subject to that. They moved us to another room but it was no better, the toilet ran day and night and still NO queen beds. for 150.00 a night for a double bed, and no free breakfast and the coffee was luke warm at best, it was disappointing experience.

We always stay at Holiday Inn because it was always perfect until this one.
Pros:

Not included like most places that charge $200 per night

Cons:

The pubic hair under toilet seat. Ice machine on my floor was broken. Phone in room didn't work so I had to go to lobby and wait in line to find out where there was an ice machine that did work. You texted me after I got to my room to see how things were going and I got ZERO response to my concerns.

Pros:

The pool and hot tub where wonderful. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. We appreciated the separated living space.

Cons:

I wish the shower temperature would have gone hot vs luke warm. The breakfast "Buffet" was not on par with a $12 price tag. Muffins, cereal, and random processed food is often complimentary at other hotels. This was disappointing. Luckily everything else about the stay was good.
