Fantastic location, possibly the best to be able to explore all that London has to offer.

Pros:

Was fine, staff were nice. The club room was a useful place to get some work done - great idea! Rooms are big and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t very nice and very expensive. Overall there are nicer hotels for the same price even in London. Staff told us we could have adjoining connecting rooms but this didn’t materialise. Shower was a bit broken in one room, usb sockets didn’t work in the second one.

The locations is great, hotel staff are excellent, we will stay there again.
Pros:

The location is just perfect. Close to transportation. Easy/walking distance to some tourist attractions. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional.

Cons:

The restaurant staff are not efficient / not professional. They lack P R skills.

Heart of London stay, perfect
Pros:

Location was perfect, especially if you are doing shows in West End.
Very close for Trafalgar Square or Buckingham Palace, Thames just down the road.
Tube station a few mins walk.
You are in the heart of the tourist sites

Cons:

The bar only took cards and selection on offer average.
Didn’t thinkk the staff were over polite but they were ok

Amazing hotel in the heart of London
Pros:

Location was amazing. Right at the centre of London. Trafalgar square outside the front door. Couldn't be positioned any better to explore London. Room was as you would expect for a standard room in central London. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Coffee, tea making facilities, iron with ironing board, water stations with ice and bottles in hallway. Coffee/tea/water available in the main lounge. We didnt partake in breakfast, but it all look amazing. Bed was one of the best we had slept in at a hotel, and pillows were also of a high quality

Cons:

We only stayed for one night. But absolutely nothing to disappoint
