Pros:

Exceptional hotel, next to trafalgar Square. Beautiful interior, very calm and comfortable, absolute gem in the middle of London.
Very good value, standard of the dinner very high. Really good food.

Pros:

Location and cleanliness, comfortable beds , tea and coffee facilities in the room , guest room for chilling in or doing work . Guest cupboard for those essentials that you forgot to pack. Excellent restaurant with vegetarian options a big plus .
