Great location for sights and west end
Pros:

The club room (badicsñly a closed reception area with work stations, lounge, dining tables snd free tea, coffee and water) is very wrlcome.
The staff were especially frienfly, helpful and polite and very caring towards elderly people.

Cons:

No aircon, it was hot

Nice welcome and the staff was wiiling though slow.

Since it was a heat wave the airconditioning couldn't keep up. Hotel is dated and needs refreshing
