great view, we had wonderful weather.
The same breakfast every day, please give some variety with the hot items. no canned fruit cocktail, please add fresh fruit, cherries, grapes, oranges, apples, whatever is in season.
Facilities were good. Breakfast was good.
Front desk not always staffed. Had to wait several minutes for someone to return. Gave the impression that the hotel runs short on staff or that the front desk personnel has duties which takes them away from front desk duties.
Rooms were nice and clean. Good location
Excellent view, very spacious room, good towels, very clean, good lighting in main bedroom. Nice touch was having a bug screen on the balcony door so we could just leave it open almost all the time and not use the AC. Very friendly staff. Decent, delicious breakfast. Clean beach, working lounge chairs and beach chairs. Clean indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs at perfect temperatures. Wife found the bed very comfortable while I found it good enough.
There was nothing that would have ruined the trip, just some annoyances: no safety grab bars in the shower, no towel hooks on the bathroom walls or bathroom door to hang used towels; no WiFi signal in the bedroom and very weak WiFi signal in the sitting room.

a little outdated, for breakfast I would recommend a separate packing for some products like yogurt instead of big bowl serving
Clean, nice location, good breakfast area. Newly renovated bathroom, with TV in mirrors!
Tub was a little high getting in and out. That can be a safety issue.
The beach area is lovely
Old tired common areas… main lounge looks worn and dirty… staff often barely spoke, o greeting, seemed indifferent.

Great location for exploring view of the bay beautiful for both sunrise and sunset. Nice chairs outside for lounging by the pools and beach. Beautiful property kept well on the outside. Breakfast was adequate but not changing daily. Room was clean and plenty of room for suitcases and sitting. Balcony was wonderful to have to listen to the water at night.
While room was sufficient the door was difficult to open and close. The property could use a freshen up paint throughout and common areas particularly. The linen in the bedroom needs to be more substantial. It was thin and a bit aged. We wanted to use paddle boards which we thought were available but nobody at the shed where they were stored. Coffee bar not very good quality with paper cups and insufficient cream offering.
We paid a substantial price for the two weekend nights and expected more amenities for the price.

Broken locks in room, beds hard as a rock, cobwebs all over balcony. Just rundown for $450+ per night.

I like the beachfront view.
Our room was not clean. The sheets for the sofa bed did not look like it’s been washed since the last guests. The bed sheets were stained with clumps of red stuff. The staff was not friendly at all.
All was good. It’s a small thing but we really liked that there were plenty of towel racks in the bathroom. The shuttle into town was very handy. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Difficult and a bit scary getting in and out of the tub/shower. Hand holds and a non-slip bath mat inside the tub would be great. The door from the stairs into the fourth floor hallway sticks; we had to use the elevator.
