Clean, comfortable hotel with air conditioning and an excellent staff.
Pros:

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and serviced daily. The room also has air conditioning, which was absolutely essential in the heat wave during our stay.

Cons:

Because it was further out than I am used to staying and because of the heatwave, it was more of an effort to see the sites.

Het personeel is vriendelijk.

Cons:

We kwamen vroeger aan dan verwacht. Omdat inchecken pas mogelijk was vanaf 15u, konden we helaas niet eerder naar de kamer. Hoewel ik vooraf had laten weten dat we vroeger zouden aankomen, werd hier geen rekening mee gehouden en moesten we effectief wachten tot 15u om te kunnen inchecken.

De eerste dag kregen we een kleine zolderkamer met een dakraam, wat niet ideaal was voor twee personen. We hebben dit gemeld aan de balie en gelukkig kregen we vanaf de tweede dag een andere kamer, wat een stuk aangenamer was.

Paris ist eine Reise wert
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage - Bahnhof 10 Minuten entfernt, die Metro 5 Minuten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten sind sehr gut. Der Supermarkt ist um die Ecke.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat eine Klimaanlage, wenn man die Fenster öffnet, dann ist es sehr laut , wegen der Lüftung.
Obwohl man WLAN hat, ist das Internet schlecht, in der Stadt ist es besser.
Das Frühstück kostet 14 Euro und bekommt nur 2 Sterne von 5, der Kaffee ist grauenvoll, das Büfett ist oft unvollständig, es fehlen die Löffel etc und es ist sehr einfach.

My second stay and will stay again, as good value for money and easy to get anywhere you want to go.
Pros:

Just a few minutes walk from Gare Du Nord this is a great hotel if you want to be near the station, but still within easy reach via the metro of most tourist areas.

la douche ridiculement petite et c'est très gênant
Pour le petit déjeuner mauvais point
à 9H30 il n'y avait plus qu'un peu de baguette blanche et du pain de mie industriel
plus d'oeufs et peu de fromage
plus de charcuterie
presque plus rien et le réassort a été fait vers 10H au moment où nous avons décidé de partir
