That we had our own kitchen
The carpet was a bit damp and the bed sheets were a bit itchy
Love having a kitchen, staff is very nice, units are clean
The cooking supplies and dishes in the kitchen are very inconsistent. We have stayed here several times and sometimes there are plenty of forks/knives/spoons and other times there is 1 spoon, 3 forks and no knives.
Cooking utensils are the same. You might get a small pot and a frying pan or a huge stock pot and a sheet pan.
Location, two bedroom suites
Lack of daily housekeeping. Out of seven days, the rooms were only cleaned twice, and the second time was when we requested it.
The hotel is in dire need of a refurbishment. The bath plug was obviously blocked as I stood in water up to my ankles when I had a shower
Nothing customer service very unpleasant and hardly speaks English

I liked the room the location and price
Room service was a little slow but not bad
Location was in a nice convenient area
Some black mold in the shower. The drench the rooms in the most offensive smelling room freshener you could find. Pictures are of a totally different location. Food like what was in the pics was not offered. Different pool, and rooms were much more run down than in the pictures. Pretty misleading
Breakfast was good
They required a $100 deposit for “incidentals” and parking was $12 for the night. Items were not listed on website. I have not been returned the unused deposit.
The location and breakfast was decent.
I wasn't a fan of being charged an extra $200 for incidentals even after I called to confirm the day before and day of check in. The clerk proceeded to tell me that I didn't ask but nowhere in my initial booking, confirmed reservation or anywhere was this expressed or posted which I didn't appreciate after traveling over 300 miles from out of town. And once we went to our rooms they weren't the cleanest at all very underwhelming at the least. I stayed at this property years ago and was very disappointed because it wasn't the same. We won't be returning.
Good location, 20min from dowtown Dallas, calm and peacefull, Near the main street with shops and restorans but also quiet with a nice garden and pool.
